Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of company assembled with acoustic enclousure (SILENT) diesel drive engine, silent diesel driven engine, silent DG set of capacity 160KVA (128 KW) duly certified by agencies/lab designated by CPCB 4+ latest norms for noise and pollution level (compliance with CPCB 4+ Norms or any updated norms) and in cyclinder solution to meet latest emission norms CPCB 4+, 3 phase, 4 wire of 415 volts, 50 Hz, with ALTERNATOR, AMF Panel complete, All the major component the engine alternator, after treatment system, control system and canopy shall be designed IS/ IEC. The exhaust after treatment/ the emission limits as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest regulation/ norms (NOx + HC < 0.67, CO < 3.5, PM < 0.2 & smoke limit <0.7) remove emissions from the engine exhaust for reducing emissions, first fill up of lube oil and collant including suitable No and capacity of batteries alongwith PCC foundation as per manufacturer instrucion, Engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. Acoustic Enclosure shall meet Mo EF/ CPCB load. complete all as specified. Note Silent DG Set will be factory assembled.

ALTERNATOR : Self exciting, self regulating brush less alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1 rated for 160 KVA continous at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system with advance electric voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy within +1% with class 'H' insulation and coupled with engine though flexible coupling and comforming to IS : 4722.

AMF PANEL : Supply installation, commissioning & testing for AMF control panel with 12 volts DC system suitable for 160 KVA DG Set, with and including internal wiring, floor mounted type totally enclosed made out of MS CRCA sheet , 2 mm thick and applying two coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved color over a of coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall be of suitable shape/ size & design as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Microprocessor based controller for generator set monitoring, metering and control system with LED display, AMF function, electronic governor. Engine metering : Oil pressure, engine temperature, stanting battery volltage, engine running hours, AC Alternator metering : L-L voltage, and L-N voltage, current, KVA, frequency, kwh, PF etc. Engine Protection :- Low lube oil pressure high/ low/ weak coolent temperature, battery high/ low/ weak volts, fail to crank/ start sensor failure, cranking lockout, low fuel level. AC alternator protection :- over/ under voltage, over/ under frequency, loss of AC sensing, over speed, over current, KW overload.

Civil Works:- (i) As per manufacturer's instruction, All type of civil work like foundation, base plate with anti-vibration pad of ISI marked engine and alternator and shock vibration absorption material including PCC plateform (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate and brick work in CM 1:4 all around the foundation including finishes all as directed by Engineer -in -charge for resting of DG set and sound proof enclosures. (ii) Rates of PCC Foundation are deemed to be included in quoted rates. Note:- (i) DG Set as mentioned in item Ser No 01 along with Alternator, Control & Meeting Circuit and AMF Panel with detailed technical specification, wiring, circuit diagram duly indicating various spares (makes/ capacity) along with bill of materials will be got approved from the Accepting Officer before placing order to the firm.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure / panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I [2009] and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe 40mm dia, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long, complete in addition to item No. 1 [a] to [e] of preamble [Notes] under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part-II.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3½ Core, 185 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
