Supply of LED type Airfield Guidance Sign Board suitable for operatios on 5 KV, 50 Hz ,2.8 Amps to 6.6 Amps through isolating transformer of various sizes made out of anodized 2 mm thick Aluminium frame with suitable angle support and 1.5 mm thick al. backcover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free front face, the letter & symbol (as directed by Enginner-In-Charge) should be screen printed / on inside face with required colouring, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tighness & locking arrangement, including supporting frangible legs, frame, fixing accessories like hole fastners, nuts, bolts etc., signboard shall be uniformly inernally illuminated with required numbers of LED lights with driver to achieve illumination level and can operate on series circuit without flickering, complete as required and as specified in ICAO Annex. 14 Vol. I (legends as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.)

Supply of 100 Watt, 6.6A/6.6A, 5kV, 50 Hz series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with suitable type primary, secondary connector for connection with primary, secondary cables and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required.

Supply and connection of 5 kV grade ESNA connector (both plug and receptacle) with existing 5 kV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed single core 6 sq. mm copper conductor cable conforming to technical specifications i/c crimping & fixing, filling the gap with water sealent material, applying HT tape complete as required.

Supply of 2.5m long Secondary lead cable of size 2 x 4 sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed anti termite & anti rodent stranded copper conductor airfield lighting cable of 0.6 KV grade with moulded plug at one end and moulded receptacles at the other end etc complete as required.

Supply of Airfield Lighting (AFL) cable 1Cx 6sqmm. 5 KV grade, Copper Conductor, unscreened, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, confirming to specification as specified in technical specification.

Supply of 6 SWG GI earth wire for loop earthing

Supply of C.I. double hole type Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a top 10mm thick 330mm outer dia MS cover (including supply) with a centre hole to take out the secondary cable and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having clear holes centre at 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 63 mm HDPE pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolt of M 10 x 40 tapped inside near the holes (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 3mtr long 15 mm diameter, 'B' class GI pipe (including supply) and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M 10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate/top cover and bolts as required as per the specifications.

Supply and laying of 63mm dia size (outer) PN 6 pressure class and PE 80 grade HDPE (High density Ployethylene) pipe conforming to IS 4984 with latest ammendments complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. in the soil/under paver block by excavation, removal of paver block etc. for GLF work upto 500 mm deep, making good the same as original finish up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of 6 sqmm size, 6 SWG GI earth wire through the HDPE pipe etc. as required

Supply and laying of 63mm dia size (outer) PN 6 pressure class and PE 80 grade HDPE (High density Ployethylene) pipe conforming to IS 4984 with latest ammendments complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. in bitumen, RCC, PCC by core cutting upto 500 mm deep for GLF work, making good the same as original finish up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of 6 sqmm size, 6 SWG GI earth wire through the HDPE pipe etc. as required

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of airfield guidance sign board including form work, suitable arrangement like hole fasteners (if required) for fixing sign board legs on top, placing transformer housing box and connecting it with two nos. HDPE pipes at its cylindrical wall and one 15mm dia GI pipe at bottom etc. complete as required of required dimension as directed by Engineer-In-Charge excluding supply of housing box, HDPE pipe, GI pipe.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Airfield Guidance Sign Boards of various size on existing foundation by fixing its frangible legs with nuts, bolts, installation of isolating transformer in existing housing box, fixing its top cover by suitable size SS bolts, connecting primary side with existing 5kV grade airfield lighting cable with suitable type connector, connecting secondary side with sign board through secondary leads taken through top cover hole etc. including crimping & fixing, filling the gap with water sealent material, applying HT tape, ensuring accumulated water drainage etc. complete as required but excluding supply of isolating transformer, its top cover, secondary leads, connectors etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as required as per site condition and instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of existing airfield guidance signboard foundation by removal the signboard from its foundation safely without any damage so that it can be reused, shifting the sign board to designated location of AAI in operational area, demolishing the foundation and shifting the debris to desired location as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Special care to be taken for existing taxi HT cables.

Replacement of text on existing signage boards by replacement of old sheet with new vinyl sheet to provide the letter & symbol (as directed by Enginner-In-Charge) screen printed / on inside face with required colouring etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing trisided Aero Bridge indication sign board made out of anodized 2 mm thick Aluminium frame with suitable angle support and 1.5 mm thick aluminum triangular top cover, duly painted 3mm thick triangular MS sheet at bottom with 03 sets of 2ft long LED batten with driver inside suitable for 1-ph 230V 50Hz AC supply, 900mmX900mm 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free front face in three sides, the vinyl cutting letter & symbol (as directed by Enginner-In-Charge) should be screen printed / on inside face with required colouring, duly painted 900mm long 3mm thick cylindrical MS stand, made for water tighness & locking arrangement, welding work, electrical connection etc. complete as required as per specification.

Providing and fixing polycarbonate anti bird spike (tridirectional spikes) on the top edge of signage boards to prevent bird sitting as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation of hard rock/RCC/Cement concrete including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within 200mtr.

Excavation of soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within 200mtr.

Fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of illuminated double sided passenger guidance airport signboard to be ceiling/RCC/MS structure suspended, projected on MS column/wall/pipe etc. as per site condition by use of clamps, nuts, bolts, welding work, tension rod with hooks, turn buckle, MS suspender, bracket etc. as required to ensure public safety including all accessories, hardwares, internal wiring, termination of existing power cables etc. complete as required. The signage shall be water, dust and vermin proof, fabricated in an integrated arrangement of 100mm wide Aluminium profile sections, frame, openable doors for easy maintenance, built in locking arrangement, concealed rubber gasket into the profile sections, 3mm thick acrylic on both side with vinyl (spreaded throughout the acrylic sheet) cutting color, text, symbol, logo, as instructed by E-I-C, white diffuser film for even spread of illumination, LEDs with drivers suitable for 1-ph 50Hz 230V AC supply, earthing etc. complete as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
