S&F in repair Hand shower (Health Faucet) with 1.5 meter long easy flex tubein chrome finish and wall hook with N.R.V.(back flow preventer) of 15 mm dia,complete all as specified & directed. Make Jaguar Cat No : ALD-CHR-573 of make Jaquar ‘Allied'S COLLECTION' series or equivalent model in Marc/ ESS-ESS as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs, chromium plated long body bib cock with wall flange 15mm dia Cat No. CON-107 KN of make Jaguar ‘CONTINENTAL' series or other equivalent series of Jaquar or equivalent of makes as per Appx 'A' as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down & removing old water proofing treatment of any description including plaster and cleaning the surfaces of slab with wire brushes, removing dust, foreign materials including flushing at junctions of wall and removing the rubbish of the premises to a distance exc 500 m & n exc 1.5km all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed by steps of treatment are as under :-(a) 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with and including liquid water proofing as per manufacturer's instruction on roof slab finished even and fair complete (b) one coat of hot bitumen of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 shall be applied @1.20 kg/Sqm over primered surface (c ) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker shall be applied. (d) APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid over the hot bitumen to make it sandwitched with bitumen on roof surfaces (e) Apply two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm. Note :- (i) the overlap of APP shall be done with torch application end lap and side lap will be 100mm each(Note: (ii) The contractor/Company shall furnish 10 years performance warranty as per manufacturer of material (iii) The work should be done by a company recommended applicator and he should be able to furnish stage wise on site technical reports from the concerned company technologist).Make : STP, Fosroc, Thermax, IWL

Note : 1. Performance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions. 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
