Demolition of any type of roof treament (i.e App membrance, brick tiles, mud phuska, cement concrete/ lime concrete etc ) from roof any thickness including leaping plaster including removing the demolished material from roof out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, coping, pillars etc and removing the debris outside defence land from the site complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick / stone or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing/credit with all fittings for 15 mm bore GI tubing.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing/credit with all fittings for 20 mm bore GI tubing.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing/credit with all fittings for 25 mm bore GI tubing.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position with all fittings to floor, wall or ceiling as directed, for 15mm bore GI tubing.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position with all fittings to floor, wall or ceiling as directed, for 20mm bore GI tubing.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position with all fittings to floor, wall or ceiling as directed, for 25mm bore GI tubing.

M & L for 15mm bore `Medium grade` GI tubing with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete

All as per item No 10 above but 20mm bore.

M & L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with water proofing compound as per manufacturer insrtuctions finished even and smooth using extra cement laid as in padding 50 mm thick average over roof slabs for providing proper slope complete all as specified.

M&L for three layer prefabricated atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified 3 mm thick membrane ( weight not less 3 kg/sqm) reinforced with 160 gms polester non-woven fabric with scratched tool before finishing roof surface. the roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust prior to the application of primer on the dried surface one coat of approved bituminous primer, having density in the range of 0.87 to 0.89 / kg at 25 dgree and viscositing of 70 to 160 CPS manufactured by the same manufacturer @ 0.40 litres/sqm shall be applied. APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface tourch application mehtod after allowing 24 hours of primer to dry. Laying of APP membrane shall be commneced at the lowest level and worked upto the crest.APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlaps shall be of minimum 100 mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction. All overlaps shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by the heating the overlaps with brutane tourch. This treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicator. Guarantee of treatment shal be for 10 years. Thereafter APP membrane shall be painting with two coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish. (ii) Independent testing of membrane for the approval technical parameters specified hereinafter shall be carried out the approved laboratories like National test house any other Govt approved laboratory having facilities for the testing of membrane.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs and above, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately

Dismantling existing tanks capacity exc. 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr,and removing.

S&F tripple layer rotational moulded vertical water storage tanks with closed tops ( cylinderical ) fixhoisted and in position 500 ltr capacity incl disconnecting and refixing the existing GI fitting and pipe complete

M & L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks / flyash bricks (using old size bricks) having minimum compressive strength straight 75 kg per sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius & built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1 : 4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L preparation of newly plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) complete.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as per manufacturer instructions.
