Supply, installation testing and commissioning of factory made 11 KV Outdoor package type Compact Sub Station (CSS) with 11 KV HT RMU, Transformer 630 KVA, 11/0.433 KV CRT dry type and LT switchgear complete in accordance with IEC: 62271-202 of make: ABB/ Siemens/ Schneider/ Crompton Greaves/ L&T comprising of and including the following: - (a) Enclosure (i) Outdoor type 2 mm thick galvanised iron (GI) enclosure with 4 mm thick GI base, powder coated. Roof shall be designed to support load upto 250kg/ sqm with suitable slanting (approx 10 degree) to prevent accumulation of water. Partition between compartments with 2 mm thick GI sheet (ii) Door with locking arrangement at suitable positions for easy operation and maintenance of all the components (iii) Suitable provision for HT and LT cable entry and S&F at site double compression cable glands for each cable entry (iv) Suitable LED illumination lamp with door operated switch for each compartment Integral lifting arrangement. Appropriate Danger notice plates at all sides and on each compartment (v) Protection grade IP 54 for HT & LT switch gear compartment and IP 34 for transformer compartment (vi) Type tested against Internal Arc at 20 kA for 01 second duration (vii) Suitable louvers designed for natural ventilation and thermal class K10 (b) HT Section (i) 01 No SF6 insulated Ring Main Unit (RMU) consisting of 11 KV 630 Amps 50 Hz Vacuum Circuit Breaker (motorised) - 01 No and cable box with direct Raiser - 01 No as per IEC 62271 and other relevant IS/ IEC standards of make: ABB/ Siemens/ Schneider/ Crompton Greaves/ L&T (ii) Copper Busbar (iii) Vacuum Circuit Breaker shall be suitably rated to withstand max 28 KV (RMS) at rated power frequency and lightning impulse withstand voltage 75 KV peak. It should have short circuit withstand capacity 21 KA for 3 seconds and internal arc withstand capacity 21 kA for 0.1 second. (iii) Self powered microprocessor based numerical relay (with LCD display.and manual reset type) for protection against over current, earth fault, short circuit and transformer winding temperature increase. Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying HT cable, foundations etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose n exc 1.5 metre wide but exceeding 1.5 metre deep not exceeding 3m deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying UG cable, foundation for poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Supply and laying dry sand cushioning for UG cable protection in trenches with fine river sand 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying the cable gently punned down to 10 cm on top of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge [Note: - The punned down thickness will be measured for payment].

Supply and laying reinforced precast conicrete cable cover, class HV, type -1 flat, size 300 mm x180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hard surface cutting as in road ,pavement,etc for laying of cables, pipes etc of any size up to approximate width of 45 cm and depth 60 cm , returning filling and making good to surface with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 Complete after laying of cable ,pipe etc as required and as specified & directed.

M&L for making horizontal bore by suitable means for insertion of GI pipe 80 mm bore for passing cable across the road without cutting the road complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick protection cover to underground cable with sub-class ‘B’ old size over burnt bricks laid dry and flat across the axis of cable, abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for galvanised tubing light grade laid in trenches or fixed to pole and / or laid under road in any position with necessary clamp nut and bolt etc of 80mm bore size.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE HT UG insulated (Earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm,3 core conforming to IS-7908(Part-I)1988, laid in trenches/down through pipe fixed to walls/poles or laid under roads/drains/path/culverts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. [Note:Excavation & earth work, sand, cable protection shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, laying , testing and commissioning cable jointing kit for 11 kV grade (Earthed) HT cable for outdoor end termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour including testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 300 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , testing and commissioning cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying , testing and commissioning cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying , testing and commissioning cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, erecting, and fixing steel tubular swaged pole 11 m long Type -410 SP-55 conforming to IS-2713 part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,nuts, bolts and washers etc. and fixed into plain cement concrete foundation duely painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparetion of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide upto 1.50m( above PCC coping) by black , yellow paint in alternate layers and pole nos. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth work, cement concrete will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for vertical isolation air break gang operated switch HT 11 KV triple pole mechanically operated out door type and rated capacity 200 Amp with 9 insulator and steel frames mechanically operated mechanism consisting of three male contacts & three female contacts of tinned copper, three arching horns, three MS jumper carrier equipped with braided copper belt , operating rod of heavy grade 32/25mm bore GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level with locking arrangement with clamp of flat iron 50X6 mm complete and testing after installation complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape & size as indicated or directed and including of one primer coat one under coat one finishing coat with aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for anti climbing device on HT/LT poles comprising of 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2 strand barbed wire with 2 mm dia wire wrapped spirally around poles to a length of 0.5 to1.0 metre clamped and properly secured complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Lightening arrestor single pole zinc oxide (gap less) surge type heavy duty complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capacity 10 KA for 11 KV, 50 Hz conforming to IEC 99-4/1991 standard complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix Aluminium conductors, reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size for as per site requirement including stretching, binding with aluminium binding wire, jumpers, line taps etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for expulsion fuse assembly single pole vertically mounted on MS channel 11000 volts grade above 25A & upto 50 Amps capacity including making connections with HT cables/GOD with provision of jumper suitable crimped/fixed with appropriate size of lugs/connectors all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pin type, procelain, vitreous white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150 mm dia, 11000 Volts grade,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 'Two in series' disc assembly with disc type insulator, procelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green with tension clamps for conductors with working presure 11000 Volts,complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled/ painted white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clmps , bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT of size 25 X20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing RCC cable route indicator (75x75x600mm) with base foundation 300 x 300 x 400 mm depth below GL ,embossed with letters " MES 11 KV HT" complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for filling in mass concrete for pole and stay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 50 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT PANEL, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, out door cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust and vermin proof IP-54, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50x50x6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley copper bus bar suitable for carrying of current 600 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCB's (intake point) will be carried out with TPN copper bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.35 m height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal all as specified and directed comprising of the following :-

(a) MCCB 320 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 36 KA - 1Nos (Incomer). (b) MCCB 200 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 25 KA - 1 No (Outgoing). (c) MCCB 160 Amps 4P 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 25 KA - 1 No (Outgoing). (d) MCCB 125 Amps 4P 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 25 KA - 1 No (Outgoing).
