Note :- Scope of item extends . from Serial No 106.0,106.01 to 106.04 here in after Supply, installation, commissioning and testing complete of Manufacturer or OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested static Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 200 KVA continuous rating, (10% overload for 1 hour in 12 hours of operation), 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply), 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. (d) Base plate : Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer’s recommended design/ specifications. (e) Enclosure : Provision of an integral type, approved/ certified acoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB norms, for the DG set to restrict the noise level to 75 DB (A) at one metre and ensure that temperature rise within the canopy shall not exceed 5–7 degree Celsius. It shall be made of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet with powder-coated finish on outside and high quality noise absorbent and fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material duly provided with EPDN gasket lining. There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. The base frame shall be of ISMC. It shall also include the following: - (i) Silencer : Absorption type, non-resistance, residential. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cables, IS 694 marked, FRLS in conduit and suitable light fittings. (iii) Fuel tank to be provided as per OEM specification. (f) Control panel : Control panel made out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet , powder coated and shall consists of the following: - (i) Ps 0500 Controller. (ii) Aluminium Bus bars with suitable capacity incoming & outgoing terminals. (iii) Indicating lamps for load on and 'Set running' (iv) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (v) Circuit breaker (MCCB) of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. Note: To be mounted inside enclosure.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm bolted and riveted to earth plates at one end all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I and connected to main switch board /DB at the other end GI earth strip protected by galvanised iron or steel 40 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil charcoal /salt, funnel, CI frame, etc complete all as directed. (i) The concrete pit shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with suitable handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth strip including earth strip up to 7.5 Metre. (iii) Any variation of GI pipe and GI strip below or above shall be adjusted through deviation.
