Disconnecting the electrical connections of motor, water supply to the Pump and taking out pump after disconnecting both motor and pump mechanically 10 to 15 HP capacity capacity - 45 Cum at 35 metres head installed at Water Pump House and Back Solan and transporting the same to an authorized workshop for following repairs :-

Disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connections of motor, and taking out motor,15 HP capacity at Solan Pump House. Transporting the same to an authorized workshop for following repairs:-(a) Dismantling burnt AC 3 Phase, 50 Hz, motor, 15 HP taking out all coils and re-winding the motor complete with same gauge of wire and same nos of turns. Heating, Baking and varnishing the winding complete. Re-assembling the motor and fixing back in position all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and recommended by the manufacturer.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but for, 10 HP capacity .

Supply & fixing in repairs Volt Meter Digital, 96 x 96 mm, 0-500 Volts, Class 1, AC. As per existing Make & Model.

Supply & fixing in repairs Amp Meter Digital, 96 x 96 mm, 0-100 Amps, Class 1, AC. As per existing Make & Model.

Supply & fixing in repairs die cast resin CT, Class 1, for digital Amp Meters. Ratio of CT- all as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. As per existing Make & Model.

Taking out old & unserviceable power contactor and Supply & fix power contactor for S/D starter 15 HP , 3 pole, 32 Amps for AC 3 rating 415 volts, 15 kW 50 Hz supply including control coil, 1NO+1NC, contact springs, spring retainers and arc runners complete.

Taking out old & unserviceable power contactor and Supply & fix power contactor for S/D starter 10 HP ,3 pole,12 Amps for AC 3 rating 415 volts, 5.5 KW , 50 Hz supply including control coil, 1NO+1NC, contact springs, spring retainers and arc runners complete.

Supply / laid PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded HRFR 3 x single core ( R,Y,B) copper conductor 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm passing through existing PVC/ERW conduit from starter upto pump fixed with required size of copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note- 3 single core wire of 16 sqmm ( colour coding RYB) will be measured as one length of 1 RM).

S&F in replacement of Water meter 100 mm nominal bore conforming to IS:2373-1981 having CI casing bronze body and SS/Alloy/Bronze gear having dial duly marked with litres or kilolitres in boldface, thread/flanged end type with provision of strainer out side the meter complete all as specified and as directed and as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Foot Valve conforming to IS-4038 flanged ISI marked completed with nut, bolts, washers etc including taking out old existing u/s foot valve of 100 mm dia and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Push Button 22.5 mm with push knob flush type having 1 NO & 1 NC illuminated type for putting on / off the starter suitable as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F LED indicating light surge and low voltage protected 220 / 240 Volts AC, Colour R/Y/G/A for LT Panels suitable as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F electronic star delta Timer ( 1 to100 sec) DQR 415/240V, 110V : AC complete suitable as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing earthings and M&L for replacement of chemical earthing (Pipe in pipe technology) Two B class IS mild steel pipe, one inside the other, hot dip galvanised with 100 micron coating outside and about 300 micron coating inside filled with high conductive and corrosion Resistant Crystalline Mixture inside and Backfill compound around the outer electrode) outer electrode dia 72 to 80mm and inner electrode dia 35 to 40 mm both 10' long, incldg making earth pit of size 4' x 4' and 11' deep fill the entire pit with black cotton soil or normal soil, pour enough water so that pit is full with water, leave it for three days so that soil soaks up the water, the soil level has goes down, again top up the pit with soil & fill the water. After two or three days when the pit is sturdy and ready for earthing purpose, install the earthing electrode as per installation method as below:- (a) Mix backfill compound evenly with soil. (b) Remove plastic sleeve carefully from electrode. (c) Place naked electrode at centre of pit. (d) Start refilling empty space around electrode with backfill compound in layers. (e) Pour some water and poke the pit with a long wooden rod to allow trapped air to escape. (f) Gradually continue refilling process till electrode is buried in the pit up to the green patch painted on the top portion of electrode. (g) Ensure that pit is not watery (h) Pack electrode with compound nicely and tightly, so that it stands firmly in pit. (j) Pour a few buckets of water around pit. (k) Pour a few buckets of water around in the pit everday for 10-15 days for system to set. (l) Connect the earth electrode with equipments by 25mm x 3mm aluminium strip. (m) Earthing test point terminal block made of gun metal size 150x100x50 mm drilled and screwed including 4 Nos 8 mm dia 40 mm long hexagonal head bolts and washers duly fixed on walls with fasteners 4 Nos. Note : (a) Earth resistance shall not be more than 5 Ohm. (b) Aluminium strip for connections shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out existing earthings and M&L for replacement of 'Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cmx 60cm x 6 mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers , buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top as of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth shob protected by galvanised steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) and 20mm bore "Light' grade GI watering pipe connected to main switch or main control board or GOD or lightening arrester all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009(Pt I) & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20 mm bore GI pipe (Light grade ) for watering , protection pipe funnel, wire mesh , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete ,50 mm thick precast RCC M-25 ( Design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg /sqm ) and CI frame etc , and including provision of test point , connecting to test point and testing on completion etc, complete all as specified. NOTE : The unit rate include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.

Supply & fixing Glavanised iron strip 32x6mm buried in ground.

Earthing with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600 mm & 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below GL, connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers earth wire protected with & including 15 mm bore medium grade ISI marked GI pipe not less than 7.5 metre long all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I, with & including; PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 Kg per Sq M, watering arrangements with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe ISI marked , GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt & charcoal, necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete.

Taking out old unsv and Supplying, fixing and testing of cast steel Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Paking greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size DN-150 mm, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable sluice valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Suitable size flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out filter media ( Pabbles and Sand) from primary & secondary filter bed at Gamber PH complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of filter media by high pressure cleaning method with rotary jets with approved detergent ,removing out all dirty water,silt and all Foreign material etc,making the bed totallly clean ,Rince and wash the filter media properly (obtained from item No-2),removing all silt and re-fill the same in filters all as directed.

M&L for filling filter media (silica quartz sand) in the sand filter bed at gamber P/H, sand shall be clean, best quality of size 0.45 mm to 0.70 mm, free from impurities such as dirt and clay etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of filtration plant dome by high pressure cleaning method with rotary jets with approved detergent fubbing with vaccum cleaner sucking out all dirty water,silt and all Foreign material etc, disinfecting the dome to make the dome totallly clean and bacteria free . After emptying filling the dome with multi grade Filtration media ( Pebbles of size 1"- 3/4" ,and 3/4" - 1/2", Coarse Silex- 1/2" - 1/4 ", Fine Silex- 1/4" - 1/10" Each layer of pabbles should be laid as per direction of Original manufacturer and total qty of pabbles should not less than 50% of the total filter media) Sand Filtration media,Mixture of 6-14 and 16-30 BSS Sand ( Should not less than 50% of total Media or not less than 1 mtr ) and testing sucessfully on copletion of the work,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Total filter Media should not less than 5800 Kg .(ii) Rate of complete filter media ie pabbles of different sizes and Graded Sand as mentioned above will be measured & paid separately under relavent items).

Filter stariner

Taking out silt/sand/mud/foreign material from river bed side water intake channels, raw water wells, filtration chambers, Sedimentation tanks, Clear water sumps (at Gamber, Radiana and Subathu) including pumping out the left over water, washing the walls, top and bottom thoroughly including Removal of taken out material and disposing off far from 1km or out Defence area into Nallahs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F UPVC pipes 63mm dia of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 for High pressure filter line as per sample fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. including short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as ends, elbows, unions, tees, reducing tees, adoptors, sockets, plugs, hose clips etc. complete with saddles (snap clips), wall clips, hooks, protective mild steel tube sleeves and cutting through walls, floors and their making good or laying in trenches and also cutting, screwing and waste.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and scrapping of old cement paint surfaces with wire brush and scrapper and applying two coats of cement paint on external faces of walls complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of old painted steel/RCC surfaces of any description and in any situation over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfsces in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed incl taking down.

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

S & F plate plain / chequred of Fe - 410 -W (Gde-250) quality- B ,channel / square cut or notched (ordinarry/counter sunk) forming holes without any attachement for valve pit covers, water level guages covers etc 5 mm thick fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for framed work as in frame for valve pit covers, ladders, railings, water level gauges etc made out of angle iron/flats/bars/ tubes duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless mild steel black pipe Schedule - 40/STD, type - IS:3183 of 2007 / ASTM-A-106 Gr.'B' nominal bore 150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with wall thickness 7.11 mm, NOTE:- The unit quoted rate shall include:- (a) Pipes shall be laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/under bridges/culverts. (b) Earth work /Bends/Tees/Flanges/Flanged jonts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only MS Flange of inner dia 150 mm and 305 mm outer dia of thickness 28.57 mm having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 19.05mm dia ,100mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shapecomplete for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified. and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint by means of welding for 150 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 19.05 mm dia and 100 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.( Note:- Cost of welding the flange with pipe will be included in the quoted rate)

Supply and fixing sluice valve high pressure, heavy duty cast carbon / stainless steel of 150 mm nominal bore, API - 600 ASME class 600, suitable to test pressure 93 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged (size of flanges 305 mm outer dia of 28.57 mm thick having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 19.05mm dia ,100mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape ). Total weight not less than 252 KGs complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate deemed to be included for both side joints with 100 mm x 19.05 mm bolts, nuts, washers and 3 mm thick steel re-inforced fibre gaskets complete.

Amount of credit of Rs. 83873.20 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
