Taking out complete old media from filter complete of any size and staking where directed, including cleaning of MS pressure sand filter by scrapping with the help of hard brushes, chipping & removing rusted scalings and physically cleaning of surface by descaling / brooming silt and sludge and other deposits from inner side, collecting and taking them out and deposit out the installation at a distance not less than 50 Mtrs. Clean and washing properly with bleaching mixed water, checking for leakages, strengthining the vessel by welding of joints if required to arrest leakage etc, applying two coats of marine paint (Anti-fouling) on entire surface (inner and outer) over a coat of red oxide primer including MS pipes, valves, base frames etc testing and commissioning after completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclussive of welding, jointing with suitable MS plates of required size & existing thickness as specified including bolts, Nuts, washers and packing materials and other misc items required at site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for replacing quartz sand filter media of superior grade and quality of following sizes in the existing filter including testing and regulating for proper filtering of pool water complete all as specified and as directed:-

(a) Pebbles 20 mm to 40 mm.

(b) Pebbles 10 mm to 20 mm.

(c) Coarse silex 4 mm to 8 mm

(d) Coarse silex 2 mm to 4 mm

(e) Fine Sand 16/30

Dismantling all pipe connections from the filter media drum and removing the rusted/ unserviceable corroded support legs from the foundation and repair/ replace all with new square /round support legs (04 Supports for each Filter) made up of ERW mild steel square/round tubing of size 150 mm x 150 mm X 10 mm thickness, heavy duty (C-Class) with necessary welding and testing complete all as specified. Note: (i) Quoted rate also deemed to be inclusive of demolishing the PCC foundation associated works required at site and necessary welding works as required at site (ii) Quoted rate also deemed to be included for special T & P if required at site and no extra payment will be allowed in this regard. (iii) Provision of new MS legs and PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix Square/Round legs made of ERW mild steel tubing of size 150 mm X 150 mm X 10 mm thickness, (04 Nos) heavy duty (C-Class) welded to the base of media filter of mild steel drum up to 750 mm length and other end to base plate of 10 mm thickness with all fittings and fixtures including bolt & nuts, washers, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make: TATA/ Jindal/ Swastik

Supply and fix 100 mm dia, cast iron butterfly valves with both end flanged suitable for MS pipes, with required gaskets, bolt & nuts, washers, etc. including taking out the old unserviceable valves complete all as specified and as directed Make: Leader/ Kirloskar/ Swastik Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclussive of suitable heavy duty MS flanges welded to the pipes for fixing of valves/NRV's etc as required at site.

Supply and fix factory made headers for water filtration plants made up of 50 mm and 25 mm mild steel pipe with brass filter nozzles, strainers, and accessories suitable for the existing filter media with required fittings and fixtures, etc. including taking out the old unserviceable header with filter nozzles complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Headers with filter nozzles to be provided/ fabricated suitable to match as per existing at site.

Supply and fix 100 mm dia, ERW mild steel pipe of heavy grade (C-Class) mild steel pipe 5.4 mm wall thick mounted on supports like mild steel channels/ angles and PCC columns with all fittings and fixtures including taking out the old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make: TATA/ Jindal/ Swastik Note : (i) Quoted rate also deemed to be included for mild steel channels, angles, flats, U-clamps, bolt & nuts, PCC, etc. used for holding/ supporting MS pipes. (ii) Quoted rate also deemed to be included for welding’s required for joining mild steel pipes to flanges, bends, Tees, support, frames, etc.

Supply and fix 100 mm dia, heavy duty (C-Class) mild steel long pipe bend (plain bevelled end) 90 Deg suitable for mild steel pipe 100mm dia including taking out the old unserviceable mild steel bend complete all as specified and as directed. Make: TATA/ Jindal/ Swastik

Supply and fix pressure gauge 0-10 Kg/Cm², dial Size150 mm dia with suitable connections and for tapping arrangements in mild steel pipe 100 mm dia with required fittings and fixtures including taking out the old unserviceable pressure gauge complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for plain cement concrete work with 1: 3: 6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate for foundation, coping, flooring, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix swimming pool vacum head (commercial type) 840 mm wide made by 304 grade stainless steel for heavy duty durable body, with wheels for easy movement and adjustable nylon brushes in the bottom for a long life including taking out the old unserviceable vacum head complete all as specified and directed. Make : Aquapac/ Milagrow/ Lyxar

Supply and fix 50mm dia, standard duty, K-Series, PVC suction hose, smooth outer cover, rigid PVC helix, phthalate free, working pressure 45 psi at 104 DegF and with mild steel clamps for tightening including taking out the old unserviceable hose pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Tiger Flex/ Jumbo Steel/ Mega Flex

Disconnecting electric connection from electric motor and starter and insulating with insulation tape both side ends, dismantling motor from base after opening nut, bolt and transporting from site to workshop and back (distance not more than 10 km) for repair, cutting brunt out winding cleaning startor of motor for rewinding with and including material and labour for rewinding to 10 HP, 3Phase induction motor with copper enameled wire of existing gauge and Nos. of turns, heat varnishing, connecting complete installed at site including necessary connected works complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the pump for servicing including replacing of bearing for pump, impeller, gun metel bush, gland rope, packing and necessary lathe work and reassembling the pump set complete with motor and re fixing on foundation making the cable connection and testing on load at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting 10 HP pump set with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of metal primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for taking out the unserviceable top cover of dual Ionizer system, servicing the system and removing the unserviceable electrodes and replacing with new top cover made up of MS plate 10 mm thick including required gaskets, bolt & nuts, washers, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Copper silver alloy electrodes shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix copper silver alloy electrodes series CS2 type suitable for UV-IONISER system including taking out the old unserviceable electrodes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for replacement of old unserviceable control panel board of UV-IONISER unit with new in door type electronic control panel with auto control mode and LED display showing all parameters including necessary wiring through flexible hose with suitable connectors/ lugs, soldering etc. from panel board to dual ionizer system complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for servicing to starter panel board complete by replacing indicator lamps, contactors, single phase preventers, control switches, connectors, etc. including necessary wiring and connecting complete all as specified and directed. Note: Items to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix LED indicator lamps suitable to be fixed in the existing starter panel. Make: Legrand/ L&T/ HPL

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed, open-able or sliding type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples/ wooden complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick figured glass pin head type glazed with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 250 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100mm long butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour 5mm thick plastering on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in CM 1:3 on ceiling.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of chalk whitening including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (white/ tinted) over wall care putty filling on old decorated surface of wall including preparation of surface by washing, rubbing down, and stopping of distempered and painted surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of anti-fungal, weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint including preparation of existing old pre painted surfaces of walls, cornices, pilasters, etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, washing, rubbing down, and stopping, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground floors) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured nonskid ceramic designer pattern tiles of size 400mm x 400mm x 7mm thick, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick laid in vertical surfaces of wall such as skirting, dados and riser to step set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tile surface laid over and including10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of swimming pool including tiled flooring and walls, drain channels, surrounding tiled area by using wire brush and bleaching powder, with-out draining the water including cleaning of balancing tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of Chemicals and tools etc complete required at site and no extra payment will be allowed in this regard. (ii) Cleaning will be carried out as specified date i.e during Maintenance day only and will be completed in the same day. The contractor has to deploy suitable manpower so as ensure timely completion of job.

M & L for draining out complete water from swimming pool by using dewatering pumps, checking of leakage, repairing of broken tiles and cleaning of swimming pool including tiled flooring and walls, drain channels, surrounding tiled area by using wire brush and bleaching powder etc including cleaning of balencing tank complete and Re-filling of swimming pool with potable water to the desired capacity by water bousers and testing after completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclussive of Chemicals and tools etc complete required at site and no extra payment will be allowed in this regard. (ii) Cleaning will be carried out as specified date i.e during Maintenance day only and will be completed in the same day. The contractor has to deploy suitable manpower so as ensure timely completion of job. (iii) Water charges will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule and quoted rate is deemed to be inclussive of testing of chemical and bactrological testing of water sample complete all as specified.
