Dismantling CGI / Galvalume aluminium zinc (corrugated semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings etc including removing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster on walls / ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retrieved debris out side MD land including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (of 10mm thick and 10mm thick) mixed with water proofing compound on top layer as per manufacturers instruction finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality (ISI marked )complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, -pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs blankets any thickness including cover filets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work, with size of grid 605mm X605mm for false ceiling, fixed with hangers 6mm die GI (upto 120mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40X3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm , 4mm thick decorative type non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid / inserted to aluminium frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note : The size of aluminium main and cross tee shall be 40mm x 25mm and size of angle shall be 25mm x 25mm x 2mm)

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc including removing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hand rails, half round or other stock section wind ties for roof including securing bolts, including all necessary drilling bolting or reveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size or bricks all as specified and directed.

M&L for frame brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and outer sunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary gussets plates, riveting, etc n.exc 10kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
