(a) Bidder must quote Rates Per Work Book and Per Unit Test Note Book (With Paper) Excluding GST. The rate shall be inclusive of the Text and Cover Paper, printing, packaging, transportation and delivery at the respective district headquarters.

(b) In case any difference/confusion in the rate quoted and written 'in figures' and 'in words', the rate quoted and written 'in words' shall prevail.

(c) It is again clarified that the bidder shall not be paid anything extra other than the rate quoted above in column 7 & 8 for storage, packaging, transportation, loading/unloading, delivery etc.
