Work

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.5

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:As per SOR- 2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement, 5 coarse sand (zone-III), 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal Size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level as per PWD (SCH.)- 274 Ref. to SOR 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) As per SOR- 6.1.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) All work up to plinth level :SOR-4.1.2

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per SOR-13.4.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing Laying spreading and compaction stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete work, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finshing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as SOR SI No. 5.1.2 (Drain Cover)
