Supply of 2.5 TR Split Non-inverter type, minimum 3 star air conditioner fitted with power saving rotary compressor having turbo cooling capacity of 8210(minimum) watt suitable for operating at 230+/- 10%, 50Hz AC Single phase supply, having features turbo fan modes (auto, cool, fan, dry)anti freeze thermostat, anti dust air filters, three step fan speed adjustment with star rating 3. with initial charging of cooling agent R-32. (Make:- O-General/ Mitsubishi Heavy Duty)

Installation, testing and commissioning charges for 2.5 TR Split Air Conditioner (both Indoor & Outdoor unit) by making suitable scaffolding arrangement as per site condition and including with iron braket (power coated), Nitrogen flashing,gas charging, Pressure testing including fixing copper pipes arrangement for IDU to ODU & walll cutting or hole making & minor civil work etc as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 5/8" & 3/8'' copper refrigerant pipe (Make:Ryoku/Totaline) line with insulation tube heavy quality 9mm black nitrail rubber and lapping adhesive tapes for inter-connecting indoor & outdoor unit as per direction of EIC.

Supply and laying of PVC drain pipe. (Make: Supreme/ Polycab/Finolex) .

S & Laying of PVC hard pipes of 25mm (Make: Supreme/ Polycab/ Finolex) sizes incl. insulation, fitting, accessories, bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tapings, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors.

Supply & Laying of 3 Core 4.0 sq.mm.unarmoured Cu control cable. 1.1 KV Gr. PVC/XLPE insulated Control cable incl.laying on wall surface by suitable clamping arrangement, proper glanding & finishing the cable ends with solderless sockets for following cables. (Make: Finolex/RR Kabel /Gloster/ Polycab/Havells/ Mescab)

Supply & Laying of 4 Core 1.5 sq.mm.unarmoured Cu control cable. 1.1 KV Gr. PVC/XLPE insulated Control cable incl.laying on wall surface by suitable clamping arrangement, proper glanding & finishing the cable ends with solderless sockets for following cables. (Make: Finolex/RR Kabel /Gloster/ Polycab/Havells/ Mescab)

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top (Make- Legrand/ North-West/Crabtree) with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy.Connections.

Supply and Erection of MS Grill (Make: TATA/Gindal/ Sail) Guard making 20mm x 5mm M.S. Flat duly welded and fabricated by 6'' gap in the side of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle four side of the grill side duly welded by Co's own tools and tackles, hinge 2-Palla door incl. S& F of 7 level Godrej lock & key and cutting by gas cutter including S&F of MS wire Net (8SWG) with 1" x 1" gap to be fixed on grill guard incl. painting the whole structure after preparation by two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of R.O. Primer as per direction of EIC [4'6''(L) x 3' (D) x 3'6'' (H)].

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturere/ OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty/ support of the Manufacturer/ OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Make & Model no of each and every materials to be approved by EIC.

Defect liability period 1(one) year.
