Demolition unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n'exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level (unreinforced) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with tapercreate @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm after cleaning and drying the old/new surfaces(Make of tapercreate M/S CICO Engg Services) then applying the layer of fibre glass cloth while the above coat is still green. The overlap of fibre glass cloth shall be not less than 100 mm.(Make of fibre glass cloth M/S The Structure Water Proofing Co Pvt Ltd) and then applying 1.5 mm thick layer @ 1.288 Kg/Sqm mixed with taper create @ 0.570 Kg/Sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 Kg/Sqm. Allow the treatment to air curing for four hours followed by water curing for 48 hours complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on brick/ concrete surface in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth surface with out using extra cement but mixing water proofing compound at the rate of 2% of cement by weight (WPC shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound. (ISI Marked Sika or equivalent/liquid type) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type F2 (1:5:10) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub floors finished rough complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade with all fittings fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor including taking down of old GI pipes and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade with all fittings fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor including taking down of old GI pipes and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50 mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade in short length with all fittings fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor including taking down of old GI pipes and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 ltr capacity triple layer, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part II and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ball brass valves, high pressure, with of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high desity plastic ball ascrewed for iron pipe of 20mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipe (any size) or pattern incl all fittings, head shoes, bends swan necks etc incl cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store(measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, of 110 mm dia including making good disturbed surfaces of slabs & walls in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

S&F for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with redimix plaster (as per manufacturer's instruction) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra on wall and ceiling of up to four stories bldg. Notes :- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech Readiplast/ACC Accoplast/Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE. 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or from their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produce original purchase voucher. The Engr-in-Charge shall verify the genuineness of these purchase vouchers before endorcing.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted (colour and shade as per new colour scheme approved by GE) over a coat of primer of same make including scaffolding for four storey building complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted (colour and shade as per new colour scheme approved by GE) over a coat of primer of same make including scaffolding for four storey building complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete sufrace with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layers of guniting over and including steel welded mesh having 2 mm dia of wire and aperature 50mm, total thickness of gunite n.exc 25mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar (1:3) to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas,fins, facias, parapets, Lintels, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 4 storey bldgs including finishes as existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) The tenderer are to keep in mind that the guniting work is to be carried out upto fourth story bldg and contractor shall make necessary scaffolding arrangment for guniting work for RCC member, exposed beam portion, exposed RCC ceilings etc. (ii) The rate quoted by the tenderer are deemed to be included frome the same.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position, (other than ground floor) RCC unserviceable tank, RCC Parapet, RCC chajjas and other similar RCC suspended work and removing demolished material where deposited complete all as specified and as directed. (Bldg No. P-128, P-129, P-133) Note :- The demolition to be carried out upto fourth story bldg and contractor shall make necesasry scaffolding arrangment for provision of demolition of parapet and RCC tank. The rate quored by the tenderer are deemed to be included for the same.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, coping, benching, roof kerb or mud stops, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, apex stones, including form work to concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : RCC work to be carried out upto fourth story bldg and contractor shall make necessary scaffolding arrangment. The rate quoted by the tenderer are deemed to be included for the same.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing and applying neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X350X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.33 here-in-before but as in skirting laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, (Orissa pattern) size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap etc complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble of any shade other than white and black complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking platefom and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs low level flushing cistern of 10 ltrs capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, white with inlet ball valve float and handle complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs bib tap, brass chromium plated fancy type, long body screwed down, screwed for iron pipe 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Conceeled stop cock,15 mm bore, chromium plated, with long shank and cup, fancy type, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia brass chromium plated angle valve screwed at ends including necessary extention piece and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Cast iron floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe in run lead, dia of outlet 75 mm in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CI soil, waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls of 100 mm dia sand cast pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CI soil, waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or floors of 75 mm dia sand cast pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick factory made Water Proof Modular FRP Chajja with all fittings and required accessories as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The FRP chajjas are to be provided upto four storeyed building and contractor shall make ncessary scaffolding arrangment for provided chajja upto 4th storeyed bldg.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape requried including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bindign with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as speicfied and as directed.

M&L for form work to parapet, faces of walls and staircase railing and similar work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The form work to be carried out upto fourth story bldg and contractor shall make necessary scaffolding arrangment. The rate quoted by the tenderer are deemed to be included for the same.

Note :- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
