Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

Supplying and stacking of Jamuna Sand at site including royalty and carriage up to all leads and lifts, loading, unloading etc. complete (Trenching + preparation of Bed area)

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to 25 Km. leads complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment).

Supply of Calliandra ht. 1' & above well developed well branches in atleast 4" x 4" size P bags.

Supply of Hamelia patens ht. 12'' & above well branches well developed in atleast 4" x 4" size P bag.

Supply of Putranjiva roxbughii of ht. 12'' & above well developed well branches in atleast 4" x 4" size P/G bag.

Supply of Hymanocallis littoralis lilly ht. atleast 5" & above in atleast 4" X 4" P. bag.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs and Hedges at site i/c watering and removal of unserviceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water) 2.57.3 Hedge Plants/Ground Cover

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D Waste management site within 25 km lead i.e. Shastri park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighing at plant etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the C&D plant shall be as per procedure/ rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
