Item is procured under PAC make RILAPP only. The offer from manufacturer/ OEM or their authorised dealer/agent shall only be considered. Authorised dealer/agent shall submit tender specific authorization from manufacturers/OEMs along with their e- Bid at the time of submission of online electronic offer. In case offer received from authorized dealer/agent without tender specific authorization from manufacturer/OEM, their offer will be summarily rejected

Tender is governed by SECR terms and condition 2019 up to latest correction slip and special conditions of tender attached.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by Third party Inspection (TPI agency chosen by Railway)

GPS device must be working in forest area properly.

In case of GPS device not working and firms failed to repair the same. In that case device will be replaced by new GPS device at free of cost. (Except physical damage)

Warranty of the GPS device shall be one year from date of commissioning and after warranty period maintenance & operational charges should be covered in 1 year AMC.

Special condition of contract are mentioned in General instructions of this NIT

Well Trained technician must visit to Sr.DEN/Co/NGP office once in 15 days or whenever called for, failure to which penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be imposed.

Contractor/Supplier has to replace defective/ malfunctioning device free of cost till AMC completion period (2 years). The replacement to be done within 7 days from intimation, failure to which penalty of Rs. 500/- per day per device after completion of 7th day will be imposed.

In case of any trouble in software/web portal, it has to be rectified as per terms agreed with in 3 working days, failure to which penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day will be imposed after completion of 3rd day.

Contractor/Supplier will not be responsible for theft or any physical damage of device.

The tenderer should ensure to supply original and genuine spare parts/device and submit an undertaking for the same. In absence of these documents, the spare/parts device will be rejected.

Warranty of the GPS device shall be one year from date of commissioning and after warranty period maintenance & operational charges should be covered in 1 year Annaul maintenance contract (AMC) as per schedule.

In case of any servicing, the device will be inspected and opened at site/PWI office in the presence of the Railway representatives and causes of the damage noted down in the call report by firm technician.

The firm will be responsible for the safe working of all his Agents/Labours/Engineer during the course of the maintenance and railways will not be responsible for making any compensation for any negligence of contractors/suppliers obligation under relevant act/law etc.

Contractor will be responsible to follow all applicable labour laws and for any accident/ mishappening of their labour force the contractor shall be solely responsible.

The annual maintenance/services contract shall remain in force for 01 years from the date of expiry of warranty period i.e. 1 years and can be extended with mutual consent without any variation in quoted rate of schedule.

The service engineer during his schedule monthly visit will come with sufficient spares which are likely to be used for repairing the machines/device, so that the equipment gets repaired immediately.

The rates and quantities will be as per schedule of rates and quantities. Option clause as per SECR terms is applicable

Unless otherwise specified in this tender, all GST/Service charge includes all taxes, royalty etc. levied by from Govt time to time.

The technician of contractor/supplier may be directed to visit any field unit for immediate repair of GPS equipments, if required. In this case, the technician has to report to concerned unit with in 7 days, failing which a penalty of Rs. 2000 per day shall be levied after 7 days. The cost of transportation etc for this has to be completely borne by contractor/ supplier.

GPS device should have battery back up of minimum 12 Hrs.

All the Specification of GPS device should be based on Railway Board letter no 2017/Track-1/29/8 dtd. 16.01.2018.

ACCEPTED RATES- The rate quoted by tenderer and accepted by the Railway administration shall hold good till the completion of the work and no additional, individual claim shall be admissible on account of fluctuation in market rates, increase in taxes any other levies/tolls etc.

Any other register considered necessary by the Engineer, shall be maintained at site in which the representative of the Engineer and the contractor will have to sign. The register proforma, charts etc. will be property of the Railway.
