Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead

Dismantling of MS pipeline, Size: 100mm including shifting from site to loading point, loading, unloading, transportation and placement as per instruction of Engineer In-charge

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel as required in stringers, treads, landings etc. including use of chequered plates wherever required all complete

Laying and jointing of MS pipeline, Size: 100mm including loading and unloading (within unit/ project), transportation and placement, welding of pipes and cutting and fitting of packing (if jointing by nut-bolt)

Fixing of empty drums on pontoon

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for two or more coats on new work

Note: 1). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 08 nos. 2). Truck, Iron and steel will be provided by the Department. 3). Industrial gas, welding machine, welding electrodes, tools and tackles etc. is in the scope of the contractor.
