| 11 DGPS/RTK Equipment Contractor shall deploy dual-frequency/multi-constellation GNSS DGPS/RTK receivers, preferably minimum 2 sets (Base + Rover). 2 GNSS Compatibility Equipment should support GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and other available satellite constellations. 3 Accuracy RTK survey accuracy should be ±20 mm + 1 ppm horizontal and ±30 mm + 1 ppm vertical, or as specified by WCL/CMPDIL. 4 Total Station Latest calibrated Total Station may be required for areas where DGPS/RTK observations are obstructed or for detailed feature survey. 5 Survey Controller Rugged field controller with suitable data-collection software shall be provided. 6 Base Station Contractor shall establish a suitable GNSS Base Station/Reference Station at an approved location and maintain it throughout the survey. 7 Existing Control Points Survey shall be connected to existing approved mine control/reference stations as directed by WCL. 8 Control Points Contractor shall establish additional permanent/temporary control points/benchmarks wherever required. 9 Calibration All instruments shall have valid calibration certificates from an authorized/competent agency. 10 Manpower Minimum 1 qualified Survey Engineer/Surveyor + required Survey Assistants with adequate experience in DGPS/RTK mine survey. 11 Experience Contractor should have successfully completed DGPS/RTK survey work in opencast mines, infrastructure, land or similar engineering survey projects. 12 Software Licensed software for processing GNSS observations and preparation of survey drawings/plans shall be provided. 13 CAD Licensed AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software for preparation of drawings/plans. 14 Coordinate System Survey shall be carried out in the coordinate/reference system specified by WCL/CMPDIL. 15 Field Verification Contractor shall conduct necessary field checks and repeat observations wherever accuracy requirements are not achieved. 16 Data Backup Complete raw GNSS observation data, processed data and survey database shall be submitted to WCL. 17 Drawings Final drawings shall be submitted in DWG/DXF and PDF formats, with coordinates and required levels clearly indicated. 18 Survey Report Detailed technical report containing methodology, equipment used, control points, accuracy achieved, coordinates and observations shall be submitted. 19 Monumentation Permanent survey pillars/control points shall be constructed/installed by WCL. 20 Safety Contractor shall comply with all applicable DGMS, WCL mine safety rules and site safety requirements. Not applicable 21 PPE Safety helmet, safety shoes, reflective jacket, safety belt/other required PPE shall be provided by contractor. 22 Transportation Contractor shall arrange transportation of survey team, instruments and accessories to/from survey locations. 23 Power/Accessories Batteries, chargers, tripods, poles, tribrachs, radio/modem, memory cards and all other accessories shall be contractor's responsibility. 24 Weather Protection Instruments and accessories should be suitable for field conditions, including dust and monsoon conditions. 25 Ownership of Data All survey data, coordinates, drawings and reports generated under the contract shall remain the property of WCL. | |||||
