B/R Works Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Portland cement concrete design mix with 12.5mm graded aggregate of grade M30 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed Note: Cement screed bed shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement rendering of 10mm in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster and dubbing out average 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on irregular face of walls (when specifically ordered in writing) including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over putty to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410-w (grade E-250) quality A framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, etc. of FE-410W (Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
