Attending complaint for petty repair to leaking water in bib tap, pillar tap, stop cock, angle valve, flushing cistern, WHB, Sink, wall mixer etc. of any description any size by changing the washers(s)/jumper(s) etc, by adjusting/replacing the washer(s) and adjustment of lever required for making the flushing cistern functional, by tighting the leaking waste pipe of WHB/Sink and providing 'M' seal to stop leakage as required. Removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI water tubing and cleaning the pipe or fittings etc. including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis.Any major item required to be replaced with new one, to make the system functional shall be measured and paid for seprately as "S&F" under respective applicable item of this schedule. Old retrived item (s) as considered in 'Schedule of Credit' shall become property of the contractor. 2. Contractor shall provide minimum one plumber with helper including all necessary T & P on all working days from 9AM to 5 PM. Additional workers can be engaged if nature of work required to be completed with in fixed time as desired by GE . Rate shall be quoted accordingly . Keeping in mind above said provisions. 3. Where material provided shall be paid as "S&F underrespective item of Sch. 'A' the payment of complaint under this item shall not be paid. 4. Based on complaint received from users. Concerned JEs shall deploy the tradesmen in same day through Job slip (complaint slip) and the contractor shall ensure that the complaint are to be attended and rectified in same day and complain slip shall be got signed by users with date. Non compliance (not attending) the complaint in same day a panel recover of Rs.100/Per complaint shall be made from contractors due (claims). 5. The contractor shall provide job slip serially machine numbered, attendance register and complaint registered, and the rate quoted by the tender shall deemed to be included for these provision. 6. These cocument may be asked to produce at the time of payment of RAR/Bill.

M&L poweder coated aluminium anodised three way track sliding windows of frame size 92 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5mm thickness and of shutter size 40 mm x 18 (with 9.00 mm interlocking legs) x 1.45 mm thick section (two shutter glazed, covering half of span of opening each & one shutter sketlon covering half of span of opening) incl provn for making windows air tight, including 95mm aluminium handle with spring lock , stainless steel wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm and fixed with steel wire stapples and 5mm thick plain glass including necessary fitting/ fixture/ aluminium snap beads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Measurement shall be taken for clear opening i.e. out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately.

S&F powder coated aluminium fully glazed door with shutter fixed with hydraulically operated floor spring and frame with one or more rebates made out of JINDAL/INDALaluminium sections, shutters fixed with hydraulically operated floor spring including jointing cleats for fixing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and powder coated aluminium fittings, with panel of 6.0 mm thick tinted glass (tint of glass as approved by GE) all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 35mm thick 2nd cl hardwood glazed and skelton shutter open rabated and prepare to receive gauge etc divided into square with plain, chamfered or rounded fixed with cut : mitered beads for receiving gauge etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick plain framed 2nd cl hardwood panelled shutter (two panels) with lock rail & panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle with commercial veneering on both face, the size of rail and style as per IS 1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressed, treated complete incl 15 to 20 mm tapering bedding on one face of second cl hardwood fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be coloured with heat mould plain coloured PVC'C channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stills and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail lock and botton rail either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading. And jointed together with solvent cement suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC doors & frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with 19mm MS square tube of 19 guage s&f in opening as per specification & drg in SSR 2004 Part II complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to rolling spring, steel rolling pipe complete set with hoods including welding work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of MS handles 150mm long including necessary fixing & welding work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to locking device cleat of rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of 1.00mm thick MS laths of continuous single piece section without any welded joint, of steel rolling shutter, the lath section shall be rolled so as to have inter locking coils at both edges & deep corrugations at the center with average depth of not less than 12mm & each alternate lath section shall be fitted with malleable cast iron or mild steel clips securely riveted at either ends complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutter of any size and type and S&F factory made steel rolling shutter with laths of thickness 1.00 mm without ball bearing as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete, push pull or manual type complete confirming to the requirement of IS 6248-1979 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in sub base of floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles jointless 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles as per IS-13753, 350mm x 250mm x 7 mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in vertical surfaces such as skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10m thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polythelene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 2000 ltr capacity including taking down old with and incl 25mm brass float valve complete all as spd in SSR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
