Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15CM thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lifts etc including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth muds with 50%

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement Four sand and Eight hard broken stone) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm, thick, compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with Cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cms x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly including all etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Towards supply and fixing of RCC Precast pillar 100mmx100mm in size including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Towards chain link fencing Barbed Wire - 10 Gauge - Two Ply and Four Pronged (Galvanised) using 10 Gauge Galvanised Iron Wire (of all sizes) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats using approved plastic emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats using using best quality anticorrosive Paint & approved variety of colouring pigments including brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete

Provision for supply and fixing of Steel Gate (1 no) including transporting and fixing at site for labour charges all etc complete (including Lock and key)

Provision for transporting charges from market to working site and local head loading shifting charges for RCC Post 150mmx150mm x2.40m including all etc complete

Provision for Name Board
