Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class - B bricks , straight or curved on plan to any radius n. exc 6 mtr in old size brick built in C M in 1:6 , etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 7 above but except brick. (old brick to be re used in this items) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L modular brick work with fly ash 'brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolt posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for mild steel screwe bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long but n.exc 10cm long and dia of neck not less than 11mm to 15 mm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only round mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, as line bar, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanished fencing of size 4mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh, size and type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire.etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire febric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel membrane weight 10 sqm not exc 4 kg etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates angle or other covering door, cooler stand etc to be prepared for handing or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging dor fittings (exclusIve of steel or othr covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165.

Frames work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars, shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, stops etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165.

Providing cement concrete type B1 ,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quions, block(for masonry) string courses coping, kneelers, apex stones pier caps, column pos, boundery pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks bounders(for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc, (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar complete with joints to match .

S&F for 75mm thick steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) man hole cover with iron frames (medium) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard, minimum load bearing capacity 5 ton/sqm, in square, rectangular or circular shape etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate louvers and jalies 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the raio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for preparation of old existing Chain link fencing by removing rust by rubbing/scraping with wire brush and applying two coat of Aluminium paint over a coat of Aluminium red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge . Note : The work is executed three stages and each stage i,e priming coat, 1st & subsequnt coat shall be approved by Engineer in charge/GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces by removing rast by brushing/rubbing over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

Supply & fixing stainless steel (gde SS 304) letters made of hollow tubes, plates including welding, grinding, buffing polishing fittingas per size and design approved by GE with necessary frame work whrere required, made of mild steel hollow scetion of 25 mm SQ pipe , nesessary accessories required for fixing and in any position up to 9 mtr height. all steel surface will be painted with two coats of synthetic enemal paint. for mearurement purpose height of the each word will be measured.

Supply & Fixing Formation sign board made of acrylic sheet( 2 mm thick) 50 mm height as per design and size approved by GE fitted eith required lED light . The sign will be fixed on board made of 4 mm thick ACP board including nessary frame work made of 25 mm sq pipe . the board will be ficxed in posotion with necessary fixing screws complete all as specified and directedwith WPC sheet base size 3'x3' etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge . For payment purpose the size of ACP frame will be measured.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete as floor sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Vibrator moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size mixed with grey cement and without pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade and fixed including 25mm thick sand cussion and distmantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15-18mm thick Granite (Any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. etc complete all as specified and directed
