Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position including racking out joints making key scrubbing down with water etc incl removing of the demolished materials to outside the MD land.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick 1st backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified including scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- work to be carried out upto G+14th floor & WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make as per ISI.

Material & Labour for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based exterior paint over a coat of primer on walls incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces by scraping, washing and applying and two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding, safety net etcall complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) Work to be carried out upto G+14th floor. (b) Second coat to be applied after inspection of 1st coat by Engineer-in Charge.

All as per item 5 above but on ceiling.

Material & Labour for Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 300x300x6 to 7mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not excceding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm on vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment over and including 12mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangle) area of each tile exc.0.11 sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified. including bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing aluminium serrated finish 20mm dia curtain rod of approved pattern and shade with all fittings as per site requirement such as , CP screws, rovel plug, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for powder coated aluminium end block, rounded block & brackets fixed in repairs for curtain rod complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Aluminium wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, cut to required size and fixed to doors,windows shutter (wooden/aluminium), with wooden beading (any size)or aluminium wire staples and removing old beading, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Material & Labour for mild steel work in Roof trusses Fe 410-w (Gde-E-250) quality A (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in position Pre painted galvalume sheet aluminium zinc coating GI based (Straight or circular) corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as in roof covering/claddig to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa yield strength and zinc (galvanised) + Aluminium combined coating of 150 GSM/PM2(AZ-150) of 50mm TCT having top colour coat of regular modified polyester/silicon modified polyester/HDEP polyester of 18 to 20 micron and back coat of 5 to 7 micron Epoxy primer fixes. RMR 1040 profile width 1125mm Note : The sheet shall be fixed to MS section with J hook with wind ties etc & wind ties shall be measured seperately complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down & Supply & Fixing GI Tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings, in repair laid in trenches, wall or roof complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for vitreous china wash down water closet semi padestal pattern (Anglo-Indian type) (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistren and flush pipe) with 'P' or 'S' trap complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with back inlet and integral footrest and anti syphonnage pipe including 'P' or 'S' trap and provn of lime concrete complete all as specified supplied and fixed in repairs.

Supply & Fixing in repairs vitreous china wash basin white flat back 550 x 400mm , with fitting of PTMT waste coupling suitable size including pillar tap, PVC waste pipe, 32mm waste fitting, stop cock, angle iron brackets with painting of brackets etc complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Plastic water closet seat cover, white/black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminisied hinges devices complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair pillar tap 15mm bore, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair 15 mm bore angle valves chromium plated screwed down high pressure with cruth or butterfly handle for 15mm dia iron pipe complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Bib taps, 15mm dia cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, 10 ltr capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm in repairs
