Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 0.100 MLD capacity based on Prefeb based on MBBR tecnology system, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having influent characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 20 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total N ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber, Screen Channel & Equilization Tank, Prefeb (Bar Screen, Feed Pump, Flow meter, Anoxc Tank with Strrier, MBBR Module with MBBR Media Tube Settling Module with Tube Deck media, Air Diffusers, Permeate Pump, Anocix Tank recircular Pump, Sludge Transfer pump Intermeddiate Tank, Control Penal, Blower, Inter connecting pipe Blower piping, Activated Carbon Filter, Dosing System, Contactors & Relays Timer, Cable ect) , Sludge Drying Beds, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe electromagnetic flowmeter Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the STP yard (P&F) steel Gate (P&F) interconnecting path,Railing & access ladder plant building /Chowkidar Room (plinth area 57.50m2) Providing and installation electromagnetic equipments,Providing and installation laboratory equipements Providing & fixing of yard lighting arounf STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition).

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard / soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard / soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts, staking the excavated soil / materials upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked excavated soil in all layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
Providing & laying cement concrete using M-30 (Design Mix) but not less than 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge :-
Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.
Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth, and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level.
Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level.
Providing & laying cement concrete using M-25 (Design Mix) but not less than 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge :-
Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto floor to 200mm in thickness.
Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasres buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like.
2nd class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
20mm cement plaster in two coats on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrires, inernal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6sand) inner side including cost and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing mild steel/ Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads, lifts and other incidentials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Applying cement slurry on R.C.C. slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg. of cement per sq.metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete within all leads, lifts and other incidentials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing 200 mm wide CI Rungs with chequered/ ribbed non-slip surface including fixing in manhole with 200 X 100 X100 mm cement concrete1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing pre cast SFRC Manhole cover with frame having size of 560 mm internal dia (Medium Duty) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML (SBR tyton push on joint) complete in all respect as per IS 8329-2900 class K7 diamention weight and test pressures in all respect and as per latest ammendments or edition within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Operation and maintenance fro the scheme for ten years for 240 KLD & 100 KLD prefabricated with sewer network as per terms condition attached.
