Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ Manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with a lead of 50m.

Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama bridk, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering. (a) Brick on flat soling

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural source : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straigthening, cutting, bending, placing in position and bind all complete upto plinth level. Thremo-mechanically treated bars of grade FE-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 5.9.1. Foundation footins, bases of column etc. for mass concrete.

All works upto plinth level (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural source : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade: 13.45.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/ 10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied.

UPVC pipe fitting as required and necessary Water Tap.

Supply and installation of LPDE Tank as per IS code CCWS 500-01 DW having overall capacity of 5000 litres.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Supplying, including installation of submersible type water motor pump set for 150mm dia bore well 3 HP.

Construction of temporary accommodation and low cost sanitary facility for drilling staff including cost of camp materials viz cots, tables, chairs, utensils, dresses, safety helmets etc. and dismantling the accommodation after completion of the work all complete as directed.

Providing water supply facilites at drilling site all complete as directed. (a) By installing 1 Nos of Singur hand pump

Drilling of bore well by using drilling rig having ODEX system of boring by drilling size 114mm to 170mm.

Extraction of drilling pipes/ bits against skin friction nat the end of each day and after completion of the operation including washing of the bore hole all complete as directed.

Lowering/ sinking of well assembly including welding of pipes joints for 150mm dia G.I./ M.S. casing pipe, strainer all complete as directed.

Developing of the D.T.W. with air compressor, make- Kirloskar/ cumins all complete as directed.

Supplying and pacing pea gravel around the periphery of casing including screening, washing etc. all complete as directed.
