NCTPS I ES Circle EM II Dn SD IV Site FOC Carrying out Time bound maintenance works for maintenance of uninterrupted Power supply in NCTPS I site including the 33 11KV SS for a period of 360 days by engaging works contract

Pillar box: Cleaning and terminal tightness checking of pillar box / replacement of bolt & Nut, “U” clamp, if necessary.

Attending welding supply power cable fault identification and circuit fault rectification inside the power house when ever needed.

Fault identification and attending fault in 100A Main switch in all the three units including retermination and cable and renewal of fuse whenever necessary.

Charges for cleaning of light jungles and trees around the transformers, pillar boxes, 4 Pole, 2 Pole structure in NCTPS-I site and 33/11 KV SS

Routine maintenance at centre rotating AB switch by checking of 3 Pole alignment of fixed / moving contacts, checking of bolts, applying jel etc., under the supervision of NCTPS official at 33/11 KV NCTPS SS.

Renewal of jumpers tightness checking of switch end / Breaker end clamps in 33 KV/11 KV Breaker & CT, changing of bolts nuts and external cleaning , checking of earth and replacement if necessary and checking IR value under the supervision of NCTPS official at 33/11 KV NCTPS SS.

Replacing of failed Insulators, cleaning of bus side insulators renewal of jumpers, tightness checking all clamps in the 33/ 11 KV bus (9 m height at NCTPS SS)

Routine maintenance at 2 Pole structure such as checking of 3 Pole alignment of fixed / moving contracts, checking of bolts, applying jel etc., including transporting of materials and T&P under the supervision of NCTPS official.

Checking of Distribution transformer such as Primary/ Secondary side terminal tightness checking, changing of bolts & nuts and external cleaning, checking of earth and replacement if necessary and meggering under the supervision of NCTPS official.

24V AC Lighting LP Cleaning/ cable tightness checking of MCB’s and terminal box.

Attending circuit fault including junction box in 24V AC lighting supply.

Routine Checking of HT cable route and terminations.

Opening of all earth pit in transformer yard, cleaning the earth electrode and pit checking the joints and earthing rod if necessary, closing the cover after completion of work at 33/11KV NCTPS SS.

Charges for attending cable joint in LT aluminium armoured cable of 1C/ 2C/ 3C or 4C/ 4 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm in NCTPS Site.

Charges for attending cable joint in LT aluminium armoured cable of 1C / 2C/ 3C or 4C/ 35 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm in NCTPS Site.
