Providing 10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on brick/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (ii) Cement mortar 1:4 (1-cement :4-sand

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metel surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning, oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with brushes fine steel wood, scrapers and sand paper with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface an even shade including cleanicn the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing cladding with White sand stone - 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding, priming coat of Zinc primer and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint etc. and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior Texture Paint of approved brand (APEX or equivalent) on wall surface (min. two coats) to give an required Texture and Shade as per approved Architectural Elevations after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials etc. complete as per the instructions of Architect and Engineer In-charge.

Providing and fixing pre-cast shotblasted paver block 60mm thick with grade of concrete M300 pneumatic compressed / vibrated mechanically and as per approved design confirming to IS 15658 : 2006 including 35mm sand layer for levelling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level as per guidelines of IRC : SP 63-2018 etc. complete and as directed by EIC.Approved Makes of cement: Larsen & Turbo, Gujarat, Vikram, Binani or any other make as approved by the chief engineer. Approved Makes of Interlock Blocks: Dalal tiles,Unistone,Modern, Vyara or any other make as approved by the chief engineer. 1) Triangular Blocks

Providing, Fabricating and fixing Steel Works in required pattern/ design for Safety Grills, Railing, Facade works, etc. using cast iron as per details/ drawings/instructions of Architect and Engineer In-charge including cutting, bending, jointing, connecting, welding and / bolting and / riveting and fabricating and erecting in position etc. complete for all levels as directed.
