Trestle store room steel(FD-1043) S & F in replacement long rail of bottom of trestle made up of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of steel 1980mm long shall be provided including dismantling unserviceable one complete all as specified, directed.

Preparation of the old painted steel surfaces by scraping with emery paper and welding as required, cleaning and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of black shade of approved quality.

Charpoy folding IP with Hard Top-(FD-388) :-S&F in replacement of plywood BWR Gde as of size 1980 x 900mm in two parts with necessary steel screw to top of charpoy folding IP with hard top and all as shown on drg, complete all as specified and dircted.

S&F in replacement of complete Head rest and foot rest made of 25mm cunduite pipe 1.6mm thick as per shown on drgcomplete all as specified and dircted.

S&F in replacement of complete middle leg with gasset plate made of 25mm cunduite pipe 1.6mm thick as per shown on drgcomplete all as specified and dircted.

Material and labour for painting to frame of charpoy folding IP with hard top with synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of surface with rubbing with emery paper to MS pipe . and provide 06 Nos PVC shoes to legs as specified and directed.

Bed hard steel- S&F in replacement of plywood BWR Gde of size 1980 x 900mm of with necessary steel screw to top of Bed Hard MAP and all as shown on drg complete all as specified and dircted.

S&F in replacement of Head board of Bed Hard MAP made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF Board both side laminated with 4mm thick wood beading as per shown on drg complete all as specified and dircted.

S&F in replacement of foot board of Bed Hard MAP made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF Board both side laminated with 4mm thick wood beading as per shown on drg complete all as specified and dircted.

Material and labour for painting to frame of Bed Hard MAP with synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of surface with rubbing with emery paper to MS pipe. and provide 04 Nos PVC shoes to legs as specified and directed.

Charpoy Hard top (MAP)- S&F in replacement of plywood BWR Gde of size 1980 x 900mm of with necessary steel screw to top of Charpoy I.P with Hard Top and all as shown on drg.

M&L painting to frame of charpoy hard top (MAP) with black synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting, joint welding if required and making the surfaces smooth of surface. and provide 04 Nos PVC shoes to legs as specified and directed.

Table bed side FD-276 :- S & F in replacement of Top of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board including dismantling unserviceable one complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawings.

Chair Verandah (MAP)-S&F in replacement of unserviceable portions of frame of Chair Verandah(MAP) with 19mm conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6mm duly electric welding complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old U/s PVC seat and S & F New PVC Seat of 4mm thick. with weight not less than 1.85 kg and grooves 90x10mm 10 Nos, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old U/s PVC back and S & F New PVC back of 4mm thick. with weight not less than 1.85 kg and grooves 90x10mm 10 Nos, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L painting to frame of chair verandah(MAP) with white synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting, joint welding if required and making the surfaces smooth of surface. and provide 04 Nos PVC shoes of white colour to legs of chair Verandah as specified and directed, complete all as specified and as directed.
