Taking down point wiring (light, fan, socket and power complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendents , regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for refixing or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS - 694 1990 drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit 20mm dia medium duty with all accessories including fabricated 1.6 mm thick MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3 mm thick plastic masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sq mm FRLSH stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for one light or fan point controlled by one switch single pole one way for light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/call bell point/ Switch socket outlet 5 amps complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down old burnt/unserviceable submain wiring with aluminum/copper conductor PVC insulated cable of any size drawn through PVC casing caping/ PVC Conduit pipe including GI wire accessories etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core FRLSH type PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLSH type of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth lead drawn into rigid non metalic PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 4 Sqmm conductor as main wire and one run of 4 Sqmm conductor as earth wire with one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core FRLSH type PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLSH type of size 6.0 Sqmm as earth lead drawn into rigid non metalic PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour Preparation of old painted surface of existing steel tubular swaged pole 9 mtr long, cross arms, clamps, GI street light bracket etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint including writing pole number & bottom of pole painted with black paint with yellow strip around between the junction of aluminium paint and black paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Thermoplastic, polycarbonate cable terminal boxes, outdoor type of size 155mm x210mm x92mm alongwith MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps and fixed to pole with MS clamp made out of MS flat of section 25x 3mm including all necessary fittings and connection including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Make:- Hansel Model No. KF 1616G or equivalent model from Sintex/ Universal.

S&F Thermoplastic, polycarbonate cable terminal boxes, outdoor type of size 93mm x93mm x 62mm alongwith MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps and fixed to pole with MS clamp made out of MS flat of section 25x 3mm including all necessary fittings and connection including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Make:- Hansel Model No. KF 0200B or equivalent model from Sintex/ Universal.

S&F junction pole box made of high quality thermoplastic polycarbonate (shock proof ,rust free,corrosion free,acid and chemical resistant,fire retardant, having high impact strength, of IK 9, made of halogen and silica free recyclable material IP66/67 degree of protection UV resistant, having high graded internally embedded gasket made of poly urethane should withstand glow wire test at 960 degree centigrade should be flame retradant and self extingushing with switch gear assemblies as per IEC-439-1 the junction box should have 4 power terminal of 25 Sqmm and earth terminal along with SP MCB of 6 Amp fitted in it the dimension of box shall be 205x255x112 in mm (LxHxD) make hensel KF 2500 G make of MCB L&T. and fixing to tubular /PCC pole using MS flat of size 25 x 3mm with suitable nuts and bolds including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down defective existing LED street lihgt/LED security light fittings of any type and any capacity from any height of pole/ any place and refitted the same in position after necessary fault finding/repair/replacement the defective components and making connection with copperwire 1.5 sqmm and PVC Connector block and testing complete Note:- LED Driver shall be measured and paid separately as supplied against respective items.

S&F MCCB, 250 Amps, 36kA, four pole with thermal and magnetic release adjustable type with necessary connection ,cutting welding of existing panel and making good the disturb surface including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 120 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/ duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cables/foundation of poles and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 Cm (15 Cm under the cable & 8 Cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 Cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' over burnt (kiln burnt) old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only in trenches Old serviceable bricks obtained from taking out old unserviceable XLPE cable, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materiasl not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and direced.

M&L for Cutting roads / hard standing to a depth not less than 60 cm and not less than 45 cm wide for laying of GI pipe to draw the UG cable and making good the disturbed surfaces by filling of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and finished the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement and disposed off the surplus debris and soil to a distance not exc 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.
