Material & labour for point wiring for one light/fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium grade, ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends, etc all as per IS, terminated in & including new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits, sinking for boxes and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a on site replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing wall mounting bracket (suitable for fixing/holding street/security light fittings) made of 40mm bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ not less than 1.20m long, bent to shape at required angle, fixed to wall with & including mild steel clamps (02 Nos) made out of flat iron 50x6mm with nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 6 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply, assembling, hanging, fixing & testing Ceiling Fan of size 1200 mm sweep, minimum air delivery 210 CMM with service value 6.00 BEE, 5 star rated, with brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, single phase, AC supply, 230 Volt, with & including down rod, canopies, three number blades, capacitor 2.5 mfd, hook, rubber reel, safety pins, nuts, bolts, washers, cable connector and making connection with PVC insulated & sheathed 1 Sqmm three core flexible copper multistranded conductor cable (ISI marked) from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including marking of SM / MES number with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The font, style & place of writing SM/ MES number with synthetic enamel paint on ceiling fan shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing Exhaust Fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, 300mm sweep, 230V, 50 Hz, 1200 RPM, Copper winding and connecting with & including 1 Sqmm, three core, flexible multistranded copper conductor cable and connected from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4 mm dia (upto the test point / cross arms earth lead upto 7.5 meter length from top of earth plate) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, Pit cover & frame including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Notes :- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured), necessarily done in position without taking down, 80 or 100mm bore pipe complete all as specified & as directed.

Boring holes under main road, pavements, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for accommodating upto 100 mm bore pipe including all necessary returning filling & removal of surplus soil upto 50 m distance complete all as directed. Note : Pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ/Schedule 'A'.

M&L for Valve Pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm built in brick masonry complete all as specified in Particular Specifications and as shown on drawing No. BTD-811 Sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 .

Supply, fixing, installation, commissioning & testing Solar Hot Water System of capacity 100 Litre per day including flat plate collector and other required accessories insulated stainless steel storage tank to be placed on building roof at a suitable height with aluminium cladding angle iron structure cold water tank with inter connection between tank and solar panel and necessary masonry work foundation including electric back up of 3 KW and other safety devices such as thermostat relays etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cold water piping, hot water piping, cold water tank, electric wiring up to socket plug DB and MCB shall be measured and paid separately under respective Schedule of item of Schedule 'A'/BoQ.

Material & labour for Rotational moulded double layer polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 litre cylindrical vertical with closed top conforming (ISI marked) hoisted and fixed in position including provision of cast copper alloy float valve 25 mm bore size all as specified & as directed. Note : Mild steel work for staging of tank shall be measured and paid for separately under relvant items of Schedule ‘A’/BOQ.

Material & labour for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of electric cable complete all as specified & as directed.
