S&F factory Made Solid PVC Molded shutter of 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), consisting of frame made up of MS tube of size 40mm X 20mm (19 gauge) for top, bottom rail, and in stiles rail, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 5mm thick moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet on back face. Inside core shall be of PVC solid board of 20 mm thick. Door shall be provided with 20 mm thick PVC lipping all around the edges, fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed Note : All screws shall be self tapping and length of screw not less than 50 mm.

S&F for 35mm thick flush shutters solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including second class hard wood plain cover fillets 35X6mm all around the shutters incl two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even& rough incl making of drip course as reqd complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water all as specified. M&L for making hole and fixing the metalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer without disturbing existing structure as per manufacturer's instructions and forming agent like coreseal 357A/ core seal 357 CAT for carrying out non destructive water proofing treatment of sunken portion slab, floors and walls of bathroom, WC WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting, epoxy coatings etc. including cleaning of surfaces with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakage and repairing, removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surfaces and followed by material and labour for second course injection of resin like coreseal 135A/ 135B without disturbing existing structure complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for cleaning carefully the existing ceramic tiles with tile cleaner with jet, washing with jet water, scratching and cleaning the joint and filling the same with epoxy tile grout of white/ matching colour, curing complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling existing interlocking paver blocks, removing rubbish off the premises and laying the same tiles/ blocks on existing places with repair of existing PCC for 60mm thick tile, in floor/ pavement laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed.
