Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC/wood/steel any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured), as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil, n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type ,complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chain link fencing of n.exc 4.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial item No 10 & 11 (i) Fixing included under item No 12 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be measured at site, certified and signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor in MB.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain coloured sheeting with side lap, fixed with coach screws as in roof, wall etc, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, all as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 40mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

50mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base, foundation, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Sand filling under floors or in foundation, including watering and consolidation, all as specifed.

Factory made glazed / polished chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured non skid porcelain tiles exterior grade 300x300x9-10mm thick heavy duty (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material n.exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with fly ash brick old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 27 hereinbefore but execpt brick

Brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone walls or ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), inclunding using water proofing compound complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked.

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel as in gates, grills, posts etc or in any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed

Framed work such as grills, grating, framed guard bars, walk ways, railings etc. using steel conforming to Fe-290-O , Gde E-165 fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters,purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E165, all as specified and directed.

Refixing only mild steel framed work as in gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc for ornamental and intricate design, including necessary welding work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Qty obtained from demolition to be reused

Factory made RCC M-35 pre cast man hole covers (Medium duty), of size 600mm x 1000mm x 75mm with plain faces, including MS frame, set in position in cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 52 herein before but in skirting etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4

25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded or laid bedded pointed in any mortar, all as specified.

Black Granite stone slabs, 18 to 20mm thick, width and length as per site requirement, best quality machine cut and polished to be fixed in floors,cooking plateform, tread, raiser of steps and vertical surfaces etc and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing, cutting / rounding of edges and corners where required with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 56 herein before but on vertical surface etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipe, Type 'B' 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 25mm x 3mm including nuts bolts etc, fixed as in repair compelte all as specified and directed.
