84808 AUGMENTATION OF 400 KVA TRANSFORMER TO 800 KVA TRANSFORMER AND ALLIED INFRASTUCTURE FOR SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY AT ASHOKA MARG UNDER AREA OF GE (NORTH) PUNE

Supply, installation ,testing and commissioning of outdoor type transformer as per IS : 1180 part - I, Level-1 step down, copper Cu 99.9% purity, electrolytic grade wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 800 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taping at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated on load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability CRGO prime core grade M-OH / ZDKH /TCH grade , perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked (including all latest amendment). Flux Density at rated voltage and rated frequency should be 1.688 T the transformer shall be designed as per CBIP manual 317 for over-fluxing withstand capacity of 110% continuous, 125% for 1 minute and 140% for 5 seconds. and over loading capacity of transformer shall be as per IS 6600 , Noise level as per NEMA TR1, with class A insulation, Tank pressure, Vacuum withstand capability & minimum clearances as per CBIP manual, No Load Current within 1% to 2% of Full load current Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with Energy Efficiency Level - 1 and shall comprise of the following accessories :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 /185 , HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete.

(b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four no. porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core /3.5 core of rated size/ runs of secondary currents, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. with Bi metallic flexible connectors and copper bus bars of rated capacity with insulators support to be provided.

(c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.

(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).

(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Jacking / Lifting lugs, Marshalling 55, with oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four no. plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.

(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.

(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.

(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.

(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.

(k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested up to 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree Celsius Ohm-ohm 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Delta at 90 degree Celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree Celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree Celsius and sludge 0.1 % by weight.

(l) Detachable Rollers of adequate load capacity and no. of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer.

(m) Top and Bottom Filter cum drain Valves with Dummy.

(n) 6" Oil temperature indicator and winding temperature indicator with alarm and Trip contacts.

(o) Radiators shall be of Detachable type with proper butter fly valves.

(p) Double Float Buchholz Relay with alarm and trip Contacts.

NOTE : (i) Concerned Engr-in-Charge will pre inspect transformer at Factory Premises and submit his report before dispatch of transformer. (ii) The OEM of the transformers should have in house LAB Certificate for Accreditation from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration laboratories. (iii) Manufacturer /OEM must have type test / short circuit reports for each & every rating from CPRI / ERDA ( matching all the major parameters including the Loss Figure) shall not be older than 5 years. (iv) Core shall be procured from one of these manufacturers – Posco/Nippon/NLMK/AK Steels or NOVEX Trader CRGO and CRGO core grade used should be M-OH / ZDKH / TCH only. Procurement, Mill's Test Certificate / Invoice from supplier /Bill of landing Bill of entry certificate by CUSTOMS shall be provided. The OEM Should have in house core cutting / slitting Machine. Burr level should be less than 10 Microns. (v) CPRI Short circuit test report for exactly similar transformer (matching all major electrical parameters including Loss Figure) shall not be older than 5 years to be furnished). (vi) OEM should be BIS and BEE certified for all the ratings of the transformer that are to be submitted. (vii) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of control wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip. And the Control cable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (viii) Expenses / cost for FAT and necessary Travel / freight / conveyance / stay expenses for inspecting/ testing officers as nominated by the accepting Officer for FAT shall be included in the rate quoted. (ix) Tender/ contractor shall submit all the necessary certificates/ material Invoice of core as mentioned in above note (a) to (e) along with Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP) from the OEM of transformer for make Approval by the Accepting Officer before placing the Order.

M&L for XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade (earthed) with aluminium conductor 3 core 120 sqmm ISI marked laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, under floor, on pole including jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for outdoor termination jointing and testing of heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cables of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Light grade”, including fittings 100 mm dia for cable protection with clamps nut bolts to fix against existing MS channel of HT structure all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core x 400 Sq mm. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Provision of suitable double crimpped lugs and glands deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Provision of suitable double crimpped lugs and glands deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material/surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable feeder pillar box of any type, Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar CPRI approved panel double door floor mounted and wall/pole mounted outdoor type, as per IP-65 grade, made out of CRCA sheet 3.00 mm thick of outer body and 2.00mm for inner compartments of suitable size with aluminium bus bar 2000 Amps, 4 strip (3 phase & Neutral) complete drilled, insulated with colour coded insulation tape, mounted on insulators etc with RYB indicator, internal wiring with suitable size of copper wire, panel should be dust proof, vermin proof, powder coated , locking should be screw type, mechanical type, inter locking, shouldhave danger notice for 415 volts, AC, mounted on 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame having minimum 2 feet ground clearance duly embedded in and including PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 foundation for fixing of panel complete including termination of all incoming and outgoing cables with suitable size thimbles/lugs and glands, Nuts & Bolts, Washers complete with comprising of following and including: -

(c) Provision for space to be kept blank for fixing of 400 Amps MCCB - 01 No

Note :- Installation, testing, commissioning and connecting of incoming and outgoing cable connection LT feeder pillar panel is included in rates quoted. All fixing material like thimble, Nuts & Bolts are included in unit rate. Earthing strip to be connected with feeder pillar box with suitable size Nuts & Bolts.

Supply and laying 75mm outer dia, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor top finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glass divinding strips, width of stip 38mm, 3 mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT feeder pillar panel CPRI approved single door floor mounted and wall/pole mounted outdoor type, as per IP-65 grade, made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick of size 900x550x300mm with aluminium bus bar 600 Amps, 4 strip (3 phase) complete drilled, insulated with colour coded insulation tape, mounted on insulators etc with RYB indicator, panel should be dust proof, vermin proof, powder coated , locking should be screw type, mechanical type, inter locking with 400 Amps 25 KA MCCB four pole for incomer cable, should have danger notice for 415 volts, AC, mounted on 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame having minimum 2 feet ground clearance duly embedded in and including PCC block (1:2:4) complete including termination of all incoming and outgoing cables with suitable size thimbles/lugs and glands etc and providing fixing arrangements including earthing lead fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.
