WBM Grading-3 Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sies to water bond macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone, screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3 as per Technical specification clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.
Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as perTechnical Specification Clause 503 i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.
20 mm thickness open-graded premix carpet using bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumens )binder Providing and laying rolling of open-grade premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 By manual Means Bituminus( S-90) including carriage of Material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using T Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Type B Bitumen(S-90)including carriage of Material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
