Amount

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide but exc 1.50 m in deep for laying of under ground cable, poles and stay assembles in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting unservicable under ground LT cable of any size/type from existing pole or building or any location including removing of dismentalled material from work site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Laying LT under ground XLPE cable of size 10 sqmm, 2 core including testing and commissioning insulated, screened, PVC bedded, armoured steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Excavation,sand cushioning,brick will be measured and paid separtely.

Relaying of old good condition bricks over sand cushioning laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 40 mm bore dia, galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for stay assembly with accessories in replacement as shown in electrical plate No.1 including 20 mm dia rod, loop type insulator and stay clamps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Excavation and concrete will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32 mm x 6mm thick by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Notes:-The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix , type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways ,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light gde for earth lead upto 7.50m long. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60X60X3.15mm thick burried directly in vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20mm x 3 mm thick by means of nut bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 50 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed by Engr-in-charge incl earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre cast cover PCC cover slab of size 540X540X50 mm RCC (1:2:4) with 8 mm dia bar @150 C/C 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnel , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm incl necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Cutting of road/hard standing to a size of 60cm in width and not exec 90cm in depth for laying of protection pipe/water line/Cable including returining filling , spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers and providing PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 for the top 100mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregate after the pipes /cables are laid complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to copper earth strip 32x6mm,all as shown on electrical plate No. 4 of SSR Part - 1, using 5 Nos alternate layers of charcol and salt crystal and a final layer of Magnesium sulphate of 5 cm thickness to be provided and connected to earth test point including 25 mm dia GI med grade pipe for watering with funnel and wire meshed and 63 mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of earth strip and providing water supply connection from nearest water supply point and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The unit rate shall deemed included for earth work in hard / dense soil, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 chamber, RCC (1:1.5:3) cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 25mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 63mm dia, and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub - heading earthing, specified on SI. page No. 422 of SSR Part-II. (ii) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. (iii) If the desired earth registance is not achive during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable.

Supply and fixing in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 32 mm x 6 mm thick, galvanised iron strip using porcelain clit/post insulators, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze, size 75mm x 75mm x 25 mm thick, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia. 25 mm long hexagonal head screws, including MS box 2 mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal, including dismantling of old unserviceable test point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on copper strip/GI for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Air termination, single pointed, aluminium solid rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on copper strip/GI for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old earthing material from earthing pit having earth value more than 10 Ohams like salt, charcoal and supply and refilling with new salt, charcoal in existing earthing to obtained earth value below 5 Ohams. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs on load changeover switch of rated current 100 Amps capacity , 415 Volts, 50 Hz , in open execution in existing panel with suitable, including necessary connection, testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs on load changeover switch of rated current 200 Amps capacity , 415 Volts, 50 Hz , in open execution in existing panel with suitable, including necessary connection, testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line ( Except embedded portion) , 9 M long complete including all MS work mounted on pole , earth protection & water pipe ( if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint and providing 07 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint ( black and yellow 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Cable root indicator made out of PCC block and properly painted as per approved colour (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated of size 900 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm thick ( 45 cm burried in ground) with DANGER / 1.1 KV CABLE MES embossed on rout marker including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs PVC separator, sprial type in position for four wire ACSR complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of saddles/connector and fixing screw for protection of copper/GI strip in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to existing earth continuity conductor strips and strengthen and dressing strip of any type and fixed in existing position with new saddle GI using porcelain clit /post insulators, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs Insulator Pin type, pocrcelain , vitreous, white , brown or green, insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 100 mm height, 65 mm dia. For 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
