Repair and maintenece of refrigerator capacities 230 ltr to 310 ltrs of existing make, carrying out the inspection carefully of the all units of refrigerator thouroghly, trace out the faults, and the repair the same in original position or MES yard/ work whop etc. by diconnecting and dismantling the defective units, gas filling, remove the gas leakage replacement of unserviceable spare parts, existing serviceable parts by cleaning etc. and reconnecting, reassembling the same after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The Spares parts and jointing material required for the repair after opening the refrigerator shall be done in the presence of JE/ Engr-incharge and the same will measured and paid seperately. as supply only under relevent item 3 to 15 of BOQ. (ii) The fixing of existing serviceable parts shall be included in quoted rates. without claiming any extra cost. (iii) All the T&P items, transportation, welding stick, capilllary tubes NRV etc. shall be arrange by the contractor without claiming any extra cost.

Note: (i) The Spares parts required for the repair after opening the deep freezer shall be carried out in the presence of JE /Engr-incharge and the same will measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevent item No 18 to 26 of BOQ. (ii) The fixing of existing serviceable parts shall be included in quoted rates. without claiming any extra cost. (iii) All the T&P items, transportation, capillary tube, welding stick, antichoking NRV jointing material etc. shall be arrange by the contractor without claiming any extra cost.

(ii) The fixing of existing serviceable parts deemed to be included in quoted rates without claiming any extra cost. (iii) All the T&P items, fly nuts,flux welding stick, transportation, jointing materials etc.shall be arrange by the contractor without claiming any extra cost.

Note: (i) The Spares parts and jointing material, PCC work etc. required for the repair after opening the solar water heaters shalll be carried out in the presence of JE/Engr-incharge and the same will measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevent item of BOQ. (ii) The fixing of existing serviceable parts shall be included in quoted rates. without claiming any extra cost. (iii) All the T&P items, transportation shall be arrange by the contractor without claiming any extra cost. (iv) The cost of all new fittings PPR/GI Flange Nipple, dead Flange, EPDM Rubber flange Gasket, Flexiable hose pipe, collector nut Bolt Required clamp/Washer shall be arrange by the contractor be included in quoted rates without any claiming any extra charges.

Supply and fix of Insulation material with suitable Clamps and screw for GI/PPR pipe lines of Solar water heating System of existing size, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for coping the solar water heaters, complete all as specified and as directed

Welding in repairs exceeding 2.5cm and not exceeding 5 cm in length and Thickness of Metal to be welded n exc. 6mm thickness complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) All T&P and welding machines, jointing materials shall be included in quoted rates. (ii) The necessary electricity shall be paid by the contractor on reading of energy meter and tapping shall be provided from Main LT panel only and the cable shall be arrange by contractor without claiming any extra charge.

Supply and fix in repair heating element 3.0 KW matching with existing ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repair of rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 ltrs capacity water storage tanks, three layered, (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position in SSR Part-I including ball valves 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball including 20mm dia GI medium grade over flow pipe, approx lenght 1.5 mtr, 25 mm dia wash out pipe with pluged at one end complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for freparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over steel surface, height upto 6 meter, complete all as specified and directed.
