Fixing of the ACB in the existing L T Panel Board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber.
Fixing of over current & earth fault relay in incomer by doing necessary modification in panel door for fixing the sane and control wiring with coper wire & setting of various fault protection as per site requirments
Fixing all the Amp. /volt meters. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc.
Changing of damaged rectifier in soft starter
Replacement spreader copper contact duly silver plated of MCCB
Re-dressing of cable & termination of cable & making connection in soft starter & motor
Making control wiring with copper wire after removing old damaged wiring ,changing of indicating lamps 3Nos & wiring
Configuration of electronic card in soft starter through software by the skilled engineer of company
Insulation with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve/PVC tape throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral on panel bus bar
Cleaning of ACB 800Amp. removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism , cleaning of ACB with making all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling.,
Testing & commissioning of ACB & allied accessories as per required parameters with relevant IS .testing of the panel prior to switching on as Continuity and earth testing ,Meggaring of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
Testing and commissioning of soft starter at site at ON LOAD with proper testing equipment’s with engineer in charge
