Removal of damaged concrete along with loose damaged and cracked concrete/cover concrete at all specified locations up to beyond the corroded steel reinforcements as per coplte satisfaction of Engr in Charge by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting to chipped concrete and reinforcement and removal and disposal of debris within owners premises including all plant and machineries. Note : Rates quoted for all items should include working upto 14m height including all necessary scaffolding , staging etc complete all as specified and as directed. HSE Guidelines : Recommended to wear tightfitting,dust-resistant goggles and mask during breaking and surface grinding works etc.

M & L for Polymer modified Mortar-Patch repair (in 3 layaers) (Up to Grade M45) Providing and laying Renderoc SP 40- shrinkage controlled polymer modified single component, alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar supplied in 25 kg moisture resistant bag when mixed with clean water at w:p ratio 0.18, achieves compressive strength (BS 1881 Pt.116) -> 20 Mpa at 1 day & > 45 Mpa at 28 days, Tensile Strength(BS 6319 Pt.7) > 2.5 Mpa at 28 Days, Flexural Strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)>7 Mpa at 28 days, Drying shrinkage to ASTM C 157-93, 28 days < 1000 microstrain. Typical application inclues mixing entire bag with clean water about 4.25L to 4.5 L, mixed in suitable container with heavy duty slow speed mixer machine to achieve uniform lump free mortar consistency, placing and finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs, piles etc., where the thickness of application is less than 50 mm in patches as per specification after applying bonding coat. M & L for Cleaning as directed & specified all rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover Reebaklens RR- Rust remover, cleaning and etching agent supplied in 1/2, 1 and 5 Litre containers, having Specific Gravity 1.16 - 1.22 @ 25°C. Reebaklens RR cleaning agent is a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents and is supplied as a clear green solution. Application of Reebaklens RR with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours followed by cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete as specified.Note : Rates quoted for all items should include working upto 12m height including all necessary scaffolding , staging etc complete all as specified and as directed. M&L M & L for Providing & applying inhibition coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after drying & also new bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified. Nitozinc Primer- Two component epoxy zincrich primer supplied in 1 and 5 Litre pack, two component system based on metallic zinc and epoxy resin which on mixing gives a grey coloured liquid. An Anti corrosive coat contents Active 'Zinc-rich' system which combats corrosion by electro chemical means. having specific gravity of 1.75, Adhesive bond strength > 1.5 N/mm2 Solid content- 60 %, 40 microns DFT, Fully dry/Recoatable- 45 minutes to 1 hour.Typical application includes surface preparations by cleaning steel surface to a bright condition paying particular attention to the back of exposed steel bars, mixed two components slow speed heavy duty drill fitted with a paddle, applying unbroken coat with suitable brush and allow to dry, after 30 mins apply second coat to ensure complete cover to exposed steel/ rebar etc complete. Total Dry film thickness is 40 microns. HSE Guidelines : Nitozinc Primer and Nitofl or Sol should not come in contact with the skin and eyes, or be swallowed. Adequate ventilation should be ensured and inhalation of vapours should be avoided. suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye protection shall be worn. If working in confined areas, suitable respiratory protective equipment must be used. The use of barrier creams, provide additional skin protection. Incase of contact with skin, it shall be rinsed with plenty of water, then cleansed with soap and water. M & L for CRS steel bars, as main bars, shear connectors etc.- Cutting, fabricating new reinforcement Fe500 and fixing with old existing reinforcement (using tack welding at suitable intervals) which was reduced to 20 % or more of its original diameter as provided in original structure and additional steels as directed by EIC to be fixed with chemical anchor grout Lokfix E55- Styrene free vinyl-ester resin based cartridge system for anchoring reinforcement supplied in 300 ml cartidge with a single mixer nozzle, application inclueds drilling hole close to old reinforcement bar with suitable drill (Drillig of hole to be paid seperatly ) as per dia of bar, cleaning the hole with wire brush and compressed air, putting Lokfix E55 with gun followed by placing rebar with slide rotational motion to avoid air void formation etc complete as directed by EIC.(i) for 8mm dia (min embedment depth 80mm) (ii) for 10mm dia (min embedment depth 90mm) (iii) for 12 mm dia ( min embedment depth 110 mm) (iv) for 16 mm dia ( min embedment depth 125 mm) complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Epoxy Bond Coat Providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface to receive polymer modified mortar/polymer modified micro concrete, with two component epoxy based bonding coat Nitobond EP- Epoxy resin concrete bonding agent supplied in 1/2, 1 and 4 Litre packs, having specific gravity 1.15 to 1.2 gm/cc, Compressive strength(BS 6319 Pt.2)- 50 Mpa at 7 days, Flexural strength strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)- 35 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 Pt.7)- 20 Mpa at 7 days, Shear Strength (BS 6319 Pt.4)- 10 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 6 hrs and 30 ̊C, High bond strenght High bond strength : Bond strength is more than the tensile strength of good quality concrete, Barrier coat : Acts as a ‘barrier coat’ to the migration of chloride ions from host concrete. Laying of reinstatement polymer modified mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. The bond coat act as a bonding coat between old and new concrete. Typical application includes cleaning all loose dust, dirt, grease from host concrete surface by suitable means, mixing both components of bond coat by heavy duty slow speed mixer until a uniform consistency, apply unbroken coat of Nitobond EP with stiff brush covering complete area of patch repair before placing mortar or micro concrete. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge. M & L for Polymer modified Micro-concrete (upto Grade M50) Providing all scaffolding and formwork and applying Renderoc RG- polymer modified micro-concrete supplied in 25 kg moisture resistant bag should possess following properties when mixed with clean water at w:p ratio 0.16, such as compressive strength (BS 4551-80)-50 Mpa at 28 Days, Tensile strength- 2 Mpa @ 28 Days, Flexural Strength(BS 4551-80)-5 Mpa at 28 Days, Young’s modulus-25 kN/mm2, Expansion characteristics (ASTM C827 - 1987)-Unrestrained expansion 1 to 4 %,Pressure to restrain Plastic Expansion-Approx. 0.004 N/mm2,Thermal Conductivity – 1.5 W/m ̊C, Fire rating (EN 1504 cl 5.5)- Class A1, Fresh wet density (Mixed density @27°C)- 2100 - 2200 kg/m3. Typical application inclued mixing whole bag with clean water about 4 litres, mixing in suitable container with heavy duty slow speed mixer machine to produce uniform, free flowing mix, pouring the same into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. M&L for special treatment to sunken portion (including necessary dismantling/demolition of tiles , plain cement concrete top and botom and lean concrete. An application of 25mm to 50mm plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) to maintain slope, finishing the surface even and fair to receive 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC liquid complast 421 and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 & Nitoproof 120 on plastered surface. Rendering again 10mm thk plast in CM 1:4 mixed with complast 421 in sunken portion of WC as base for tiling , CI pipe joint shall be filled including filling of lean concrete in 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregat) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
