Conveyance of Excavated Earth by mechanical means within 5km lead within Municipal area

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered , rammed etc including all cost conveyance roalty ,labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in Charge

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size hard granite (C.B) metal with all cost conveyance,royalty,taxes etc all complete

C.C(1:2:4) with12 mm grade HGCB Stone chips incluiding cost, conveyance, royality,curing etc. complete

Rigid and smooth centring,shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete

Provision facility for Electric installation and other unforseen items, etc

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in handle railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 30mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90m C/C and Stainless Steel square bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x2mm in 3rows in stair case as per approved design and specification , Buffing, polishing etc with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials , labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charage

Fixing tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm C:P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles

Provision of Sign Board & Photography
