S&F rolled mild steel sections channel angle Tee section and in tubular section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins,post where connected to common rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W Gde-E-250, quality A, complete all as specified. .

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based designed corrugated steel sheet (Khaprail Design) 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws using torque adjustable electronic gun screws drills of suitable capacity complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to cut the brick wall to embed the Galvalume sheet inside the existing wall etc and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as in roof kerbs or mud stops rouded or chamfered on edges , coping etc. (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc raking out joints hacking for key scrabbing down water etc complete.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces using WPC where ever required as per manufacturerer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc. incl finishing even and fair complete all as specified NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm or 2mm over the prepared plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surfaces with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistane asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives & Color stay technology, excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre (undiluted) /10 Sqm over new putyy surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on external wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour with mechanial sander having RPM of 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean enviornment and preparation of old plastered/srapped surfaces of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by external wall putty/crack fill paste and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) er sq mtr of average thickness 1mm or 2mm over the prepared plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surfaces with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acryli smooth exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistane asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives & Colour stay technology, excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre (undiluted) /10 Sqm over old/new putyy surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
