Amount

1) Preparation of Feasibility Report and Detailed Project Report (DPR) The DPR shall include:- a) Preparation of lay out/Architecture & Landscape Plans b) Preparation of full landscape design including construction drawings suitable to the theme of individual sections. c) Material details. d) Lighting design which includes landscape lighting and fencing. 2) Preparation of bid documents, its finalization and approval for flotation of bid documents for assisting HSVP in addressing pre-bid queries, assisting HSVP in evaluation/analysis of bids received, assisting HSVP in supervision of the work allotted to the agency. 3) The scheme must be framed by the Consultant keeping in view the various norms fixed by Environment Department and orders/directions of Hon’ble Court/Hon’ble NGT. 4) Overall supervision and execution till the completion of project is to be done by the consultant/ firm/ agency itself only.
