Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter w/o taking off shutters from the frame n.exc 1.5 sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling bricks (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, wall for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing with water etc all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling of PVC, cast iron 100mm or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, If required.

Dismantling of PVC, cast iron 75 mm or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, If required.

Taking down GI tubing of 15 mm dia and connection and including cleaning for refixing or removal all as specified.

Taking down GI tubing of 20 mm dia and connection and including cleaning for refixing or removal all as specified.

Dismantling/disconnecting/demolition of water storage tank of any type or description PVC exc 250 litres and n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified.

Taking out the roots of trees/ shrubs of any girth from the surface of bldgs and making good the damaged portion to match with the existing surface in CM (1:3) or with PCC (1:2:4) or Brick work in CM 1:4 and finally finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surfaces.

M&L for brick work of old size sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F Pressed steel frames for door (Factory made) out of 1.25 mm thick black MS sheet, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete, size of frame 105mmx60mm including bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 Nos, 25mmx25mmx3mm thick angle iron projecting 10 cm on either side including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC 1:3:6 type C-O using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in backfill will be paid separately.

S&F Factory made 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L new plastered surface exterior on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means and Finishing on walls/ chajja/ projection with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper of wall to old plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel grade 430, glossy finish, wall hanging plate rack inclusive of spoon hanger, made out of 1mm thick sheet of size 750mm x 600mm x 250mm having partition as per sample kept in AGE B/R office and fixed with steel fasteners or steel screwed complete.

M & L for providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below:- (a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing of joints of pipe with epoxy putty CICO POXY LC or epoxy mortar CICO POXY 2125. (c) cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Applying a coat of TAPECRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days. (e) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with CICO super @ 100 ml per 50 Kg cement on treated surface. (f) Filling the sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) upto required level complete all as specified and directed. (PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item) Note:- Ponding test should be performed for 48 hours as per direction of engr-in-charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken portion complete all as specified to receive floor toping as specified after carrying out the required tests of water proofing.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 'E' board 600mmx600mmx4mm thick white prelaminated sett embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick GS sheet and of size 24mmx32mmx300mm abd spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to be structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to from 1200mmx600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600mmx600mm dodules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19mmx19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer’s instruction.

M & L Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified & directed.

M & L for provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below :-(a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed.(b) M & L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iitres/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry.(d) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non oven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (e) M & L for two coats of aluminium paint on membrane surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.
