B/R SCHEDULE

Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid for separately

M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brik work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing comound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of cocnrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth wihtout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 400 X 400 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring of size 580 x 580 mm each & 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry including border of 100mm wide baroda green/white mable as per pattern approved over & including screed of 20-22 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting of 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying 02 coats of interior oil emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer including acrylick thick wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of interior oil emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer acrylick thick wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old treated surfaces of walls / soffits and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer including acrylick thick wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of section 63.5x38.10x1.28mm min thickness for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 44.45x44.45x1.29mm min thickness for side rails and middle rail, 114.3X44.45X1.29mm min thickness for top rails and bottom rails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium casement windows (with provision for cooler) with 50 micron powder coating doubled panelled and double shutters consisting of frame and mullion of 101.60X44.45X1.29 mm min thickness and shutters made of 63.5X31.75X1.29mm min thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made extruded aluminium ventilators with 50 micron powder coating of frame of 63.5 X 38.10 X 1.29 mm min thickness complete fixed in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick high density fibre board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) below & above middle/lock rail in powder coated aluminium doors and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc aluminium beads 20 mm size with and complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for cutting the existing pipe line of 40 mm dia and insertion tee of 40x40x25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for constructing of brick mesonary pits of internal dimensions 0.9 mtr x 0.9 mtr x 0.9 mtrs ( bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space) , bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet min 5mm thick witth angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x50 mmx 6 mm with galvanised steel hindges two nos ,and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600x600 x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal level) connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I. Connected to earthing test point testing complete including necessary earth pit chamber PCC 1: 3: 6 type C1, and 50mm thick RCC 1 : 2: 4 chamber cover and with 8mm dia mild steel re-enforcement of 15Cm C/C spacing both ways with a handle made of 8 mm bar for fitting, galvanised iron funnel, wire mash watering pipe GI 20 mm dia light grade, and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 15mm dia up to 7.5m from the earth plate electrode, excavation, charcoal and common salt mixed refilling of soil etc complete all as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for making bore below the road for crossing the GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the armoured cable to avoid the water inside complete all as specified and directed.
