Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & Plinth in cement mortar in 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) .incl. all carriage complete job.

Centering and Shuttering, including strutting, propping and removal of form work kitply. including head load & carriage

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position imported KD wood including coat of priemier and black japan paint complete job including 40x5mm M.S flat iron hold fast 40cm long inc. fixing to frames with 10mm bolts ,nuts and wooden plugs embedded in cement conc. Block 30x10x15 cm in 1:3:6 mix ( 1cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size.

Providing & fixing panelled or panelled & glazed shutters for doors & windows and clerestory windows including ISImarked black enamelled M.S Butt hingeswith necessary screws 35 mm thick first class imported wood incl 3.5mm thick glass panes with all necessary accessories complete and 12 mm thick both side decorated ply board for doors includin coat of priemier complete job

Providing and fixing Extra 3.5mm float glass pans for doors, windows and clerestory windows frames of approved brand.

Providing and filling of nallah mukh ordinary stone filling inside plinth incl all carriage complete job

Structural Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting welding & fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Including soffit & Eaves Bording of 2mm thick MS Sheet I/C priming coat and painting three or more coats.

Providing colour coated HI RIB GS Sheets roofing fixed with polmer coated J Or L hooks , nuts , bolts, 8mm dia with bitumen & GI Limpet washers, up to a pich of 60 degree excluding cost of perlins rafters & tresses 0.50 mm thick wih zinc coating not less 275g/sqm.

Providing and fixing of Ridges/valleys including cost of nails and washers

12mm thick Cement Plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6.

Applying 2mm thick wall putty on wall surface for smooth finish (two or more coats) including head load & carriage

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give even shade on new work (two or more coats)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) (Excel)

Reinforcement of RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete ( thermo- mechanically Treated bars ) .

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and hades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 500x500 mm

Providing wood work in celling frames as a base for fixing of celling PLY/ HDHWR/HDHMR of , fixed in position imported KD wood .including nails secrews all hardware iteams complete job as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing of 6 mm thick HDHWR/HDHMR one side Laminated (OSL) board in ceiling on existing framework including all fixing accessories,screws,ashesives, cutting wastage, leads and lifts excluding framework,complete job as directed by Engineer incharge.

P/F Of PVC Conduits in walls etc complete job.
