Amount

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil including bottom surface to required level or slope for laying of cable complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm depth in soft / loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading of natural, clean and dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning, including punning the sand upto desired thicknes and consolidated, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and lay burnt clay fly ash bricks class 'B', old size, laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick equal to width of trench, complete all as specified and directed.

GI pipe 40 mm bore 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall / pole or laid in trenches under road crossing including taking down old existing pipe complete all as specified & directed. NOTE : Excavation, earth work, cushioning & protection work shall be measured & paid separately.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made with GI Strip 32mm x 6mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing as required complete all as specified & directed.
