Boring/excavation to the precise dimensions for the launch of the specialization auger boring machine in normal soil condition but not in rock / bolder / any underground utility like foundation, water supply line coming in alignment or other underground obstruction under railway line suitable for M.S casing pipe of following sizes complete in all respect. i) For 300 mm i/d M.S pipe 5 mm thick casing pipe

Excavation for thrust pit of size 5 M x 3 M x 2 M, receiving pit of size 3 M x 3 M x 2 M normal excavation for laying of casing pipe and laying of water carrier pipe including cutting, refilling consolidation and watering of refill in 15 cm layer and unpaved surface to its original condition in ordinary soil with timbering and shoring complete in all respect.

Providing & insertion of M.S casing pipe ( Fe.330 grade) fabricated as per IS:3589 of 1991 from steel plates confirming to IS-2062 of following sizes including cutting, beveling grinding & radio graphically complete in all respect including cartage to site of work and testing make Jindal, Electro steel, TATA and other approved reputed make i) For 300 mm i/d M.S casing pipe 5.00 mm thick

Providing and laying Double Flanged (screwed / welded) Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron, Class B (IS: 1536):and ancillary works in to casing pipe including Civil and structural work required for laying in position as per given specification all items of work beyond the embankment also in or under water/ liquid mud as required, road cutting , necessary barricading , including of flicking lights etc. disposal of surplus earth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges , submission of 3 sets of completion drawings showing completion of alignment/level to the work etc. required for the successful completion of the work

Cleaning of surface of M.S pipe ( casing pipes ) inner surface and outer surface by sand blasting at site to make the surface ready for P.U coating /high build epoxy paint/ polythene tap system complete in all respect.

Coating of 300 i/d MS pipe outer and inner surface of casing and carrier pipe with 100 % elastomeric polyurethane coating to AWWA-C2A/C222-1999 specifications to 1000 V dry film thickness for protection again corrosion complete in all respect.

Ground probe rader survey to check any underground obstruction before finalization the alignment

Providing and fixing caution sign boards , signals , watching fencing etc.

Providing and Fixing K-9 spacer at distance of 2 Mtr apart to avoid contract of casing pipe and carrier pipe complete in all respect For 300mm i/d MS Pipe
