Supply & laying, connecting and commissioning of LT UG cable 400 sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor including connecting with suitable size of cable glands lugs etc. laid in trenches or fixed on walls complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying cables/pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning filling in, with excavated soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cms thick. complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for sand cushioning with sand in two layer,first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts for cable including consolidation of each layer complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Punned thickness of sand cusioning shall be measured only for the purpose of payment .

Supply and Laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV 1 flat size of size 250x150x40 mm for protection og LT cable all sizes complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting the existing hardstanding not less than 25cm in deep and 45cm in width for laying of underground cable / pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 100 mm dia light grade ISI marked laid in trenches complete with all accessories such as Tees union , bend ,elbow nipple reducer etc etc as reruired for protection of UG cable on floor / pole complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, install, test and commissioning of enclosed Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) for alternate operation of two power source of capacity 250KVA having capacity of 400 Amps , 415V, 50 HZ, 3 - phase supply, double-break contact system offering High short-time withstand, having required IS / IEC standard, suitable for Aluminium Tremination, adjustable time delay (0.1 Sec to 3 Hrs) having protection for phase sequence, single phasing and frequnecy complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, install, test and commissioning of LT panel board (for ATS) of suitable size for outdoor cubical type factory made double door dust Proof CPRI approved and vermin proof fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.00 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6 mm grounded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pedestals, angle iron 450mm above ground level complete all as specified and directed .

Supply ,install, test and commissiong of LT feeder pillar box manufactured by CPRI approved manufacturer double door type, 415 volts, three phase AC, 50Hz, factory fabricated, dust and vermin proof, made out of non corrosive 3 mm thick CRCA sheet. Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cmx5mm thick electrode must be of high purity (99.9%) buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 32 x 6mm copper strip as earthing lead, by means nut, bolt, check nuts and washer as earth lead protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40mm bore incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, backfill compound chemicals used for earthing are graphite powder, bentonite clay, macronite, Aluminum oxide, iron oxide, copper sul[phate , activated carbon and salt (magnesium sulfate), Silica-based back fill Compound or Silica-based Chemical Earthing Powder.These materials are placed around the earthing electrode and upto ground level to ensure effective grounding and minimize resistance, test point with fixing arrangement CI funnel wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connected to earthing test point including testing resistance value of earthing complete all as specified and as directed .
