Providing Labour for miscellaneous works such as Removal & Fixing of HV/LV/OLTC Inspection cover, CT terminal cover, to assist the internal Examination, removing jumper & reerection after testing, cable cover slab removing and re-laying etc., (Per day per Person)

Replacing of worn out gaskets (Including Dismantling and Re-erection) by new gasket for all locations (ie, Top cover, HV & LV bushings and Turrets, Bucholz pipeline, Top & side inspection covers, radiators, conservator tank, equalizing pipes, surge pipe lines and various valves etc.) in Power / Auto Transformers complete as directed by Field Engineer. Required Neoprene gasket RC 70C as per IS 4253 to be supplied by the contractor. Labour charges for Sparay Painting, Cleaning, painting including " R ", " Y ", " B " Bushing, green painting for earth flat of Power / Auto Transformer and accessories including cost of paint, waste, kerosene, soap etc,. (up to 8 MVA= 1 unit, 10 to 25 MVA = 1.28 units, above 25 MVA = 2.26 units)

Labour for erection of LV jumper including modification of clamps providing holes wherever necessary as directed by the Field Engineer.

Filling of N2 Gas under vaccum for improving of IR values of Power transformer per day charge. ( Uo to 8 MVA = 1 unit, 10 to 25 MVA = 1.52 units, above 50 MVA = 1.96 units)
