S&F 15mm bore medium grade, galvanized steel tubing (including in short lengths) with and including all fittings, partly on the surfaces and partly concealed in the walls & ceiling or laid in floors, also including cutting chases of the required size and making good the same after fixing of the pipes in CM 1:3 to match with the adjoining surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 above but 20 mm bore pipes.

S&F in repairs Pillar taps with Arrestor , fancy type, cast copper alloy, with long swan neck , chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore, Make : ESSCO : Cat No. SQT-508KN or equivalent of any other make as mentioned in Appendix 'B' of Particular Specifications, or approved by the GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs angle valves, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed, (The angle valve shall be of make : ESSCO : Cat No. MQT-526KN or equivalent of any other make as mentioned in Appendix 'B' of Particular Specifications as approved by the GE).

However glass panes shall only be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

S&F Factory made, steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, including application of one shop coat of Zinc Chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality and description from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins /springs clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick Figured glass, pin head type and glazing for Aluminium Joinery or for steel surrounds with & including oil putty for steel surrounds, in squares n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, steel peg stays (including necessary fixing arrangement) in the existing steel windows, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, steel handle (including necessary fixing arrangement) in the existing steel windows, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective projecting type hinges from the steel window frame & shutters and providing of new mild steel Box type hinges of standard weight & size and welded to frame & shutter to make the shutter functional, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing un-servicable waterproofing treatment from roof slab surfaces (including roughening of old concrete surfaces by picking), cleaning the surfaces by wire brush and also including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises / site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kilogram of cement per square metre over roof surfaces etc, providing 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under the respective Item.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-Section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixure of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) by weight, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm. (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption,% - Not more than 0.15. (ix) Cold flexibility - (-) 50C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (xi) Heat Resistance - Does not dirp at 1200 C Note : The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for cutting grooves of size and shape as required in the parapet wall for tackling the APP membrane in the wall including making good the surfaces of groove as well as damaged surfaces of the wall after tackling of membrane in CM 1:3 to match with the adjoining surfaces.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings, Chajja kerbs, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary fromwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) (including tiles etc) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (including W.C's Sunken floors etc), also including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 1.00 kilogram of cement per square metre over sunken floor surfaces etc, providing 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under the respective Item.

M&L for applying evenly bituminous tack coat @ 1.20Kg/Sqm of industrial bitumen blinded with 0.006 cum of coarse sand per Sqm on the surfaces of the sunken floor , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sunken portion of WC etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub-base of floors etc, finished even & rough, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, Path, Hardstanding etc, surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including provision of 10 mm joints (at an interval of 3 metre and turnings) duly filled with fine sand and bitumen in the ratio of 3:1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3 mm thick and 38 mm wide glass dividing strips inserted in position, conform to design, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of loose / designtegrated portion of RCC chajja , bands , shelves , beam ,RCC railing , balcony and similar work ( including provision of support , formwork and treating of reinforcement with coating of anti corrosive chemical to the exposed surfaces of reinforcement) and dubbing with PCC (1:2:4), 15 to 25 mm thick using 6 to 12 mm graded stone agg mixed with WPC after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm and finished even and smooth to desired shape for triple storey bldg, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Only WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) For the payment purposes, only volume of PCC 1:2:4 shall be considered.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins, arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class 'B', old size bricks of designation 75 (i.e of average compressive strength 75 Kg/Cm2), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement morter 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for the Framed work such as gratings, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 14 to 16mm thick machine cut, pre-polished Black Jet, premium quality, granite stone slab, in urinal partitions etc, duly fixed in the wall etc in CM 1:3 by cutting the required size chases & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite stone including rounding / moulding the edges half round, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on the surfaces of brick work or concrete, finsihed even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mmx 450mm , 6 to 7 mm thick on the vertical surfaces such as in skirting / dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortal backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and and as directed.

M&L for Light Shade Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles 9mm to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor, set & laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6, jointed & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light Shade Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles 9mm to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), each tile of size 600 x 150mm as in skirting etc. on the vertical surfaces, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shalde of the tiles, over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 to 22mm thick Machine cut kota stone slabs of size 590mm x 590mm in flooring, laid over and including 20mm thick screed in cm 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and mirror polishing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut and prepolished kota stone slab as in landing, risers and treads (in single piece) of the steps (including making 3 groves on the Kota Stone Treads), skirting over and including 15mm thick cement mortar bed in CM 1:4, jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab, including moulding / rounding to the edges of the slabs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing 100mm/75mm bore C.I. pipe including CI fittings from the wall surfaces, laid on the floor surfaces or from the trenches etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

S & F 110 mm bore uPVC (SWR) soil, waste, ventilating, rain water pipe type 'A', single socketed, (ISI Marked) in any length with and including ruber ring joints, complete fixed to wall with necessary standard PVC stay clamps etc and/or laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for cutting of the holes where required/ directed and making good the same in CM 1:3 to match with the existing surfaces. (ii) Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F 75 mm bore uPVC (SWR) soil, waste, ventilating, rain water pipe type 'A', single socketed, (ISI Marked) in any length with and including ruber ring joints, complete fixed to wall with necessary standard PVC stay clamps etc and/or laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for cutting of the holes where required/ directed and making good the same in CM 1:3 to match with the existing surfaces. (ii) Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.
