Demolishing cement concrete in 1:3:6 or richer mix manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 Mtrs lead.

Dismantling mannualy/ mechanically including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. Bituminous road.

Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing & laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Medium shade using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Precast C.C kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site excluding carriage.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat iron tree guard 60 em dia. and 2 m high above ground level formed of 4 nos. 25x6 mm , 2.2m long and 8 nos. 25x3 mm 2 m long vertical M.S.flats rivetted to 3 nos.25x6 mm MS flat iron rings in two halves, fixed together at site with required 6 no. of with 8 mm dia. and 30 mm long bolts including painting two coats with paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD/PWD/any other approved name The tree guard shall be suitably fixed to the ground by embedding four legs of the tree guard in pits of suitable dia. and to a depth of 25 cm,refilling the pits with soil and ramming, complete in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of Officer-in-charge

Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats on new work.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate / Sand for an avg. lead of 7 Kms.

Disposal of excavated earth/mulba for an avg. lead of 7 Kms.

Good earth for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.
