Bottom, horizontal made out of frame size 101.60 x 44.45 x 1.20mm and the door panel top 1/2 portion is fixed with 5mm thick plain / glass and bottom half portion fixed with 9mm thick novapan board includng necessary accessories like alumnium clips, rubber beedings, door handle, door closer, furniture fittings, screws etc and also inclusive of labour charges for dismantling the exisitng masonryor RCC works and making holes required with power drill, power consumption charges fixing the door frame and shutter frame in position redoing the dismantled portion to the original condition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Paving the floor with best quality double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600x600x8mm of approved quality following size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorption less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) with requried cement slurry and mortar palasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grount etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Renewing and fixing Angle Cock with new one of approved quality Metro or Equal Brand and approved make including labour for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supplying and fixing the pvc connection (Heavy Duty) of best quality etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the SS Swan Neck Tap of best quality etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of roller blinds of approved quality and colour inclusive of all accessories as per site condition and cost of all materials and labour charges and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Quality and shade of vertical blinds should be got approved from the EE before use on work.)

Painting the old iron work such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour without primer including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing Aluminium Door Stopper with Rubber Bush with required screws of best quality., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
